Mr. Diaz was very professional and polite. He took his time doing the maintenance check on the heating portion of the HVAC system. He also completed a carbon monoxide leak test at the end of the maintenance inspection. Everything was in great working order with no issues. He recommended a new air filter and I told him that was on my to do list the day of service. The filter was 90 days old. I changed out the filter the same day. I also renewed the annual maintenance yearly fee for 2023. Very satisfied with Mr. Diaz and Walker/Paschal HVAC service.

The company was friendly and communicative of appointment scheduling and any changes. Also, the plumber was knowledgeable and did a good job explaining and fixing the issue.

I was amazed by these guys. I had a plumbing leak in my master bath that was done hours ahead of schedule. Furthermore they have this app that lets you know exactly where your tech is so you can plan your day accordingly. I’m never calling anyone else again.

I have used AAA Auger Plumbing Services for years. Every experience has been fantastic, and every plumber sent out has been top notch. July 10, 2021, we experienced our main sewer line backing. AAA Auger was booked and available early he next morning. The dispatcher called back and couple of hours later and said a plumber was available and asked if I wanted them to come out.Fredrick arrived and was very professional, helpful, informative, through and fast! Call AAA Auger in Irving and ask for Fredrick.

Completely scamming customers. I came into contact with this company after they mistakenly sent me someone else's receipt with credit card information and contacted them. They offered me 3 free tune-ups. When the A/C was freezing, technician Chris R. claimed he put two pounds of refrigerant in the unit. However, he did not fix unit. Instead, he turned it on and left. He blamed the problem on the unit being manufactured in Mexico. Two hours later it froze again. When company called, they said they would send out another technician. Instead, they sent a salesman. When speaking with the president of the company, he made the whole situation worse--to the point the salesman asked me if I wanted him to hang up on the president. After speaking with Derrick, June 30, he promised to rectify the situation by offering a $142 refund. When I spoke to Dee Dee the next day about the time frame of the refund, she contacted Derrick who said it would take up to 10 days. No refund has been given as of this date. In the meantime, I have had two separate technicians from another company out. They both suspect that Frymire technicians drained coolant from the system to make it look like there was a leak or needed replacement even though the unit is under warranty. Their possible theft by service is highly possible. I cannot recommend this company to anyone because their services are inflated far above that of other companies, their technician did appear to be less than competent, the president of the company made customer relations worse, and they promise a refund and don't deliver on it. Thanks to the new company adding the refrigerant back into the system, it is working perfectly.
