After a roofing job which was good, a bathroom sink was plugged up. We tried varioua methods of opening the drain however nothing worked. We had used AAA Augur before had a few certificates and so went to the phone. Carla did a great job of fielding the call and within a short time Juan showed up. Went to the drain, quoted the price and I said ok. In short order the drain was opened. He cleaned up the area to spotless including the sink. We paid him; had good conversation with him as he worked and after. We appreciate a friendly experienced tech and an understanding company, particularly at my 89 years of age.Thanks AAA Augur. Abel was great. After looking into my water heater situation he knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it. He worked diligently and with great care especially since the water heater was in a really difficult space. I would definitely call Mr. Rooter again.

Will claim their workmanship is not the problem at day 91 post repair and ask to charge you full price to redo their work.Also had to schedule an emergency call for 2 calendar days after the work failed. Causing me to go without water for 3 days.Then they were 6-8 hours late showing up and couldn't complete the repair the same day. They could just cap it and schedule a follow up visit. I asked for a supervisor to call me back. That time frame is going to be 2 days I was told.That's the final straw for me. Three strikes you're out.The final repair I am taking elsewhere. They lost a customer.
