Called, got appointment, next day showed upon a rainy and chilly day and evaluated the job on outdoor buried waterline to house; gave an estimate; next day got job done in a timely manner. Can't ask for more. Would recommend ?

I will be the first to say how skeptical I am of plumbers, but Ben was very knowledgeable and most of all HONEST. He recently repaired a slab leak under our house. He was able to show me where the problems were and gave us different options for repair. other plumbers that we've had in the past were not as thorough or professional. I would definitely recommend Ben from Mr. rooter plumbing!!!

I. Called my insurance yesterday and they stated they will not have any one available until next Friday.!!! Then. I hold my insurance. That I have my water heater leaking and not heating correctly. That I will not wait until next week. If they could find another provider. That will take care my issue!!! Then my insurance called me back and stated that 3 d plumbing will be available the next day. So they did;!!! Call me early the next day and innstalled a new water heater. We have used Speakes twice. Once for installation of a garbage disposal, second time was a kitchen sink faucet. They are a local Garland based company. Prices are way cheaper than corporate plumbing companies. Good service and prices. Service people are local, friendly and professional. We will continue to use them in the future.

They came out about 2 hours after I contacted them about a clogged sink. It took them about 45min -1hr to get it unclogged and operable. The workers were knowledgeable and respectful.

CPR Plumbing is the most honest business with whom I have ever worked. They truly do believe in building a relationship with a customer and not just sell sell sell. Chad is will actually give you advice on how to fix the issue on your own or a cheaper alternative before he agrees to take the job. He has done this multiple times.First time time it was when I called him to change a friend's disposal because his daughter's bead caused it to get stuck. Chad actually walked us through how we can try to fix it. We couldn't. When he showed up, he also tried to remove the bead before going straight to changing the disposal.Second, I had a sewer backup at the my house. Instead of saying I'll fix that, he gave me a much cheaper solution (call the city).There is no other plumber that I will call for any plumbing need. Chad is the best and the kindest.

Had a plumbing emergency. Called a few places and no one could get out here for another few days. Then I called Roto-Rooter.Start to finish, the service was great. The woman who answered the phone seemed genuine and wanted to help. They sent a plumber (Ian) within a couple hours, maybe not even a full two hours later. Ian was kind and courteous. He knew his stuff and had our plumbing issue fixed in under an hour. I'm glad they're the company we went with! Thanks, Ian!Edit: Xavier came out later (after I wrote this review or I would have included him in the original post) and ran a camera down our pipes to find what caused the issue. He walked me through the video as he was running the camera, pinpointed where the problem was, and gave us a quote on how much that fix would be. He was also kind and courteous. Thanks Xavier!
