I called CPR Plumbing yesterday (non-emergency) and they replied right away and scheduled for a tech to be out here today between 1 and 5pm. Chad the tech arrived promptly at 1pm and took note of the troubleshooting I'd already done then suggested what he thought would be the best next course of action which was to snake the drain with a 75ft motorized snake. Once that was completed, he ran several tests and it appeared to have cleared the issue (washing machine drain overflowing when draining large loads). They also offered a really good price (in my opinion) and a 90 day guarantee which obviously makes me feel good about the confidence in the quality of their service.Overall a 5/5 for me as a first time customer for CPR Plumbing and in particular of Chad and his professionalism.

Just had the best experience with Chad at CPR Plumbing!! Our water pressure has been low since we moved in almost 3 years ago. He came over in the window of time we scheduled. He thought it would be a quick fix with the pressure valve but found we didn’t have one! So he went to each individual sink (4 of them) plus 2 showers and took out a little device that slows the flow of water. He was quick and so nice. I will definitely be calling again if the situation arises.

Hot water heater went out and CPR was there the same day to take a look and there the next day to get a new one installed. The price was fair and they took care of the city permit. I would highly recommend CPR!

Emergencies happen, CPR Plumbing Service came to our rescue! We had turned on the faucet and was surprised by lack of pressure and quickly realized there was a leak and it was draining inside the house! I called CPR Plumbing Services, they made sure I knew how to turn the water off to prevent further damage and then arrived in about 15 minutes. They quoted me a price range and fixed the pipe within the wall in less than an hour. I couldn't believe how fast Taylor was at the repair and when finished I was told it would only cost the lower price from the price range that I was initially quoted. I am very pleased with the speediness, professionalism and honesty from CPR Plumbing Services. Thank you!

Solid Company people showed up unstopped 3 sinks fixed a slow draining master tub and didn't even charge me. Let me know when they were going to arrive and was in and out in 35 min or so. Highly recommend CPR Bo B.

They replaced my water heaters back in November. Quick, efficient, very fair price. Yesterday I found a small pipe leak (nothing to do with the water heaters). They came out today and had the problem taken care of in a couple of hours. Highly recommended!

Shower had a slight leak for months... that slight leak turned into a water bill over $500. Called CPR Plumbing, explained what was going on... Chad knew what the problem was before seeing the problem, going solely based off my wording. Chad and his team, showed up on time (early if I recall correctly) and had us fixed up in no time. Great, local Plumbing Company!

Two times I've had to use CPR Plumbing and both times they've knocked it out of the park. From a simple shower faucet fix to finding a break in my sewer line from roots, they've never let me down. 10/10 will return to them again if anything else goes wrong.

I had a leak in the water line in my front yard I originally thought was my sprinklers. By the time I found out it wasn’t, t it was 3:00 in the afternoon. When I called and told him I had to turn off my water he came right over and fixed the leak even though it took until after 6. He kept my dogs and I from having to find somewhere with water to stay for the night.

Hard to find a good plumber these days. I've known the owner for several years now and he's earned my trust and repeat business. If you're going to pay $$$, at least hire someone who does it right and is knowledgeable.

We have used CPR multiple times and have always been pleased with their services. They are friendly, on time, and want the best outcome for the customer! Would recommend them for any plumbing problem.

From the first contact with CPR to the follow-up after our issue was fixed, CPR Plumbing was amazing. We had an issue Sunday night in our kitchen sink. We had baking to do all day in preparation for the holiday as well as guests arriving Wednesday - the timing could not have been worse!But CPR Plumbing responded right away Sunday night and made an appointment with a time frame, responding by text within 20 minutes. I also got a message the next day via email and facebook. Then I got a text when they were on their way.Then fixed the issue within 30 minutes and were so professional. Showed up masked and gloved as well which made me feel comfortable about them being in our home.

Although this may sound contradictory on its face, we just had the great pleasure of completing a major plumbing job using CPR Plumbing. It started with us noticing warm tiles and hearing water running under the tile floor in our kitchen. We called CPR and had the good fortune of reaching Tonie. Tonie was extremely friendly, helpful and promptly lined up a time to have a plumber come out to investigate and provide us a free estimate. Turns out that it was a hot water line leak 15’ under our concrete slab. We decided to get an estimate to fix this leak as well as a separate broken bath drain 10’ under the slab, replace plumbing and fixtures in two severely leaking showers and install new lavatory faucet unit in dripping bath sink. Chris gave us an itemized estimate and a discounted estimate for the entire project. We decided to do the entire project that involved a total of 25’ of tunneling under our slab. Chris established a schedule for tunneling team to come out to dig and immediately followed up by performing plumbing work. The tunneling team was amazing. Hats off to Lupe and his team. They finished tunneling in one day, right on schedule, and when plumbing job was completed they filled and compacted the tunnels to City permit specs. My wife joked that they left the porch cleaner than when they got here. During the plumbing work, plumbers discovered a little more work than what was originally anticipated, but without reluctance honored their original total estimate. They also arranged for City inspection of the project and provided us a copy of City permit approval as well as engineer report to confirm proper refill and compaction of tunnels to support the City permit approval. They also provided pictures of work under the slab to support my successful insurance claim for portion of project to fix the sudden hot water line leak. The term “family owned business” is often thrown around loosely. CPR is truly a family owned business led by Master Plumber, Chad Jones, and his 2 plumber sons, Tyler and Chris. During this entire project Chad and his team stayed in constant contact with us by cell phone, text and e-mail. They were all very courteous, punctual and finished all work right on schedule to our satisfaction at a reasonable price. It was our hope that through this major project we could find a new “go to” plumber. We are happy to say that we did and now CPR is our “go to” plumbing team. Our thanks to Chad, Chris, Tyler and Tonie for a job well done. You earned our respect, our future business and this 5-star review.

If you need a great plumber call these guys! They were fair priced, VERY professional, and came the same day that I called them. Most other companies would have made us wait until the next day to get service...not CPR Plumbing. I had an issue, and the resolved it within about 4 hours of me calling which is awesome!. There truly just isn't enough good things that I can say about this company. If you're in The Colony or surrounding area's and need a great plumber, call CPR Plumbing!

CPR Plumbing did a great job for us! Called 3 different plumbing companies. One was booked, the second quoted a price several hundred dollars above CPR Plumbing; which was the third company I called. (Side Note: I actually called the original company back and asked his opinion of the prices and what they would charge for the service if not booked. He stated the CPR Plumbing price was very fair) At CPR Plumbing I spoke directly to the owner who was great to talk to. They were full but were able to get me in. The owner had a crew on the way out that was running behind, so he came out to my home himself to start working on the pipe leak before his crew arrived. Everyone was friendly, easy to talk to, and respectful. They explained everything and all the options and allowed me to choose. The owner stood by his price and completed the job in around an hour. Thankfully mine was an easier fix and no tunneling or breaking ground was needed. He offered a warranty on his work and even offered to come back by the house when I called with a follow up question. I would highly recommend CPR Plumbing to anyone. 5 Star experience all around!

I wanted to add a review to mention how pleased I was with CPR Plumbing! They changed out our sink faucet with no problems and did an outstanding job. Even took the time to use a steel wool pad to scrub the sink interface where the old faucet was to get it looking all new! They really go above and beyond, and, at a fair price. I highly recommend them!

Last Sunday evening (Labor Day weekend), I called CPR because water from my air conditioning draining kept backing up due to a previous plumber blocking the drain pipe outlet when he installed a new sink in the bathroom. I had never done business with CPR before and Chad said he would be there in 20 minutes, which he was. Chad redid the bathroom sink drainage and now my AC drains properly. Extremely pleased with CPR. Willing to help a new customer on a holiday weekend at a reasonable price. Polite over the phone and on the job site. Will use them for my future plumbing needs. Many thanks again to Chad.

My pipe busted the day before our trip to Mexico... Was fortunate enough to speak with Toni and get an appt. for the day after our return from the trip. Toni was amazing and very friendly.Chuck came over, right around the time he said he would. The only thing to say about CPR Plumbing and their staff, is that you want them repairing your plumbing! My wife and I purchased a home from a home flipping company in The Colony TX, only to find that the flipper covered up several MAJOR breaks in the pipes under our house, five in total. Chad arrived the same day that I called to perform the initial test, with confirmed that damages did indeed exist, and a camera test was now necessary to confirm the extent of the damage.Once everything was known, his team, Adam and Taylor, delivered exceptional professional service throughout the entire repair process. We were kept up to date on everything that was repaired, and not once inconvenienced. When the entire process was completed, you almost couldn't tell that anyone was there.I don't believe that anyone else could have delivered better service. CPR Plumbing did an outstanding job for us on short notice, from the first day I called to ask why our water heater was making noises to installing a new water heater. When they heard that our water heater had completely stopped working during the recent cold snap, they moved our water heater replacement appointment to a week earlier! CPR Team is Outstanding! Easy and fast to make appointment to replace a toilet. Very fair pricing quote on phone. On Time for appointment. They were very safe, (masks for Covid), and Professional. I had purchased a toilet, (would not fit in space), they re-packaged the new one I purchased, they helped me return it to Home Depot. They picked up one which would fit. In September 2015 I had a crew out to repair some foundation issues and discovered several slab leaks. I had CPR Plumbing out to quote the job and was very impressed by my entire experience.Chad, the owner, spent a great deal of time explaining the repair process to me, it it became very apparent that he takes a great deal of pride in providing quality work for his clients. He and his crew completed the job to the exact specifications and timeline that he had laid out in the initial project plan.In addition to getting everything I was promised for a fair price, there were a few other things about my experience with CPR & Chad that I wanted to mention:1. On the first day when Chad and his crew arrived, he noticed that my fence latch (attached to the house where the foundation had just been lifted the previous day) no longer lined up with the gate. This had nothing to do with the work he was there to do, but he took the time to go ahead and adjust it for me.2. There was a significant amount of tunneling that had to be done for my repair job, and some of the temporarily displaced dirt ended up crushing one of my neighbor's gutter downspouts. Within two hours of notifying Chad, he was at my house with a new downspout. He then proceeded to head to the store to get the correct paint to match the rest of my neighbor's gutters. No questions were asked about that damage already being there, or who was at fault. He just took me at my word, and fixed it with no questions asked.I could not possibly be any more pleased with the service I received from CPR and will most certainly call them for any future plumbing issues I might have!

CPR plumbing came out to my home to test for a potential leak and I am very happy with the experience. Pricing is upfront and not by the hour so there are no surprises which is great. They were able to set an appointment quickly and Adam was on time and friendly when he arrived. I would absolutely call them again if I need a plumber.

I called early one morning about a small issue in one of my three bathrooms--- got such a good impression of Chad --- that I decided to go ahead and have him handle all of the bathrooms before it caused more issues. CPR Plumbing is the best plumbing company I have ever used. They are available when they’re needed, affordable and very professional. Since 2001, CPR Plumbing is the only plumbing company I’ve used and have always been satisfied with their work. They are family owned and treat us as family.

I had a faucet that wouldn't stop leaking and garbage disposal completely stopped working. The guys came out the next day to inspect the issue. I then scheduled an appointment for a later date for completion. Prior to that date, the leak got worse. Toni, the receptionist, was able to move me up and the guys came back out to resolve the issues. Toni and the guys were all a pleasure to work with and they did an amazing job on keeping you informed on delays and arrival times. I'd definitely use them again.

CPR plumbing took care of my issue at the beginning of this winter storm. It was a slab leak. They had the work completed sooner than expected thank God. This is the second time I’ve used CPR. First time 2 years ago for a leak after a foundation repair. This time we had a broken flange in a cement foundation and our house has the old lead pipe. My wife and I highly recommend CPR Plumbing. Previously, they helped us with rather small matters, and they were always prompt and courteous. Recently they installed a tankless water heater at our home. They were very professional. Taylor was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. He explained how everything was installed and how everything worked. When we called with follow up questions, all of our concerns were addressed. Woke up this morning to find my water heater had flooded half my house. After calling several local plumbers I felt best going with CPR. Chad with CPR came out the same day and I had a new water heater an hour and a half later. He was very courteous, explained everything he was doing, and performed a quality, affordable installation. I am relieved to know I have a local plumber I can count on now. Don't hesitate to give him a call!

We've used CPR twice in the past couple of months, once to replace a corroded spigot, and again today to get rid of a major clog in the washer drain line. The receptionist was able to explain our special circumstances to Chris and a crew came out right away, and fix the problem quickly. The artic blast of 2021 gave us a busted pipe. I don't recall how I ended up with recommendations for plumbers from Google, but I was connected with 3 different businesses. 1 of them put me on a call list. I am still waiting for a call back 2+ weeks later. 1 of them said they would be here a week ago...but never showed up.CPR Plumbing scheduled a date, gave a 2 hour window for arrival on that date. CPR showed up! They texted before they came. They arrived on time. They were professional and got the problem solved for us.I recommend CPR Plumbing and will call on them again if and when necessary.Thank you CPR Plumbing!!

On Tuesday I shut off my water at the house main shut off, (not the city shutoff) so I could replace a couple of washers on my leaking outdoor faucets. When I went to turn the water back on the inside assembly broke and the handle just spun. My water pressure was about 50% of normal. I contacted CPR and we discussed pricing. I saved some money by digging it out myself. I contacted 3 other plumbing companies from Angie's list but they would not talk pricing unless they came out and I paid them a 69.95 diagnostic fee. (Not everyone likes Bacon)CPR came out Wednesday afternoon, in the rain, and replaced the shut off with a different type so I would not have the issue again. Then they went above and beyond and purchased a bag of gravel and an in ground plumbing box so if anything happened in the future, I would not have to dig it out again. Then they backfilled the dirt and spread my mulch back out and left everything in much better shape than when they got there.I am more than happy with the price I paid especially for the amount of work they did. They are my go to plumbers for all future business!

My shower water lost pressure, called Chad and he had his crew out same day. His crew came in and found the shower head was clogged. My Dad put new shower head on and used to much tape which was in the head. His crew was pleasant and eager to please. I was shocked when the crew was ready to leave and would not charge me. What company do you know conducts business like this these days? I insisted on paying and the crew would not accept. Not due to the no charge but this is how you build a customer base who will give you repeat business. When I texted Chad to inquire further, his reply was simple, “happy to help.” Impressive. Good customer service and a company with integrity who is beyond fair with the customer. You got my vote CPR!

I had a bad leak, called a number of plumbers but none of them were available for several days. Called CPR and they had a plumber out to my house in about an hour. Alberto, the plumber they sent, did a great job and is very professional. Great service at fair prices!

They managed to fit me into the schedule as I didn’t have any hot water and arrived quickly. The repair man identified the problem with my water heater and was able to fix it immediately. They were so nice and explained the problem by answering all my questions. The customer service is outstanding. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again!

CPR Plumbing is FANTASTIC! We've used them for several different jobs now and each time Chad and his crew have always been polite, professional, on time and their work is superb. We've priced out other companies, and have used other plumbers in the past, but CPR pricing beats all the others (and you still get the quality work!). This past project with CPR had a little hiccup, but they handled it with class and completely took care of us - a toilet we purchased ourselves from Home Depot had a defect and no one knew until it was installed and we went to use it that next morning. Long story short, we swapped out the toilet and CPR came back to uninstall the bad and install the good without charging us again! They didn't have to do that, it wasn't their fault we had a bad toilet. They truly care about their customers. Thanks CPR!!!!!

CPR Plumbing is the most honest business with whom I have ever worked. They truly do believe in building a relationship with a customer and not just sell sell sell. Chad is will actually give you advice on how to fix the issue on your own or a cheaper alternative before he agrees to take the job. He has done this multiple times.First time time it was when I called him to change a friend's disposal because his daughter's bead caused it to get stuck. Chad actually walked us through how we can try to fix it. We couldn't. When he showed up, he also tried to remove the bead before going straight to changing the disposal.Second, I had a sewer backup at the my house. Instead of saying I'll fix that, he gave me a much cheaper solution (call the city).There is no other plumber that I will call for any plumbing need. Chad is the best and the kindest.

I am happy that my I reached out to CPR Plumbing Service, Chad and his crew took care of my leaky washer faucet and went above and beyond and hooked up my new washer! It saved me a service call! My family will use CPR for all our plumbing needs!

This is an older review, but better late than never. I past by one of their trucks today, and said I need to write a review, I never leave reviews but for this I feel I need to. A few years ago I did both bathroom remodels and needed help with some bathroom fixtures, tub handles, leaking shower head, and I found that my outside faucet in the front had a small leak. At the time I had a newborn and needless to say I took on a bigger challenge than expected and needed to call in some help. So I looked around and found a local company CPR, and called. The guys were prompt to come out, like I hung up the phone and they were here. I told them what all I needed done, they looked it over, and gave me a quote. The quote was more than I was prepared for so I told them I would take care of the outside faucet and a couple other things myself when I get time, and agreed on a price for some of the items. They needed to run and get the handles I needed for my tub, since they didn't have those on the truck, but where quick to return. Once they returned they had everything completed in about 45 minutes. When I say everything, I mean everything including the outside faucet I originally needed done. They said don't worry about it, it was easier just to do it while they were here. I was blown away needless to say burning a candle at both ends, I really needed that. I am not sure if what happened to me is a reflection of the company, or who the company hires, either way it was a great experience. I would have been happy with what we agreed on, but since the time they repaired Everything I have had ZERO problems.

I used CPR almost 2 years ago for a small project and their work held the test of time. Tonight, I was in a heck of a jam with a busted pipe in the front yard. The owner Chad Jones personally responded in 15 minutes and had it all buttoned up in 20 minutes flat!! The price was so reasonable I insisted that he take more, but he humbly refused. This business is amazing! I'm in love with everything this business is about, the people. Good people are hard to find these days and Chad is in the top 1%.

Great work, great service, straight shooter and nice guy!!I asked Chad about water heaters as someone had quoted me a bare bottom price. I had a lot of trouble with various plumbers who under delivered and we still struggling with luke warm water. Many were confused with the builders configuration. Anyway, Chad's price wasn't the cheapest but he quickly convinced me that he stood by his work (good reviews helped). He and his associate came in, reviewed the problem and said they didn't need replacement but could be fixed. He quickly got the job done and also did a few other things I needed done around the house very quickly. Very punctual, polite, quick, and explains details simply and effectively.I'll continue to use him and his company for future plumbing work.

Had CPR plumbing out to take a look at some goofy work some contractors had done in constructing my outdoor kitchen. After reviewing the work and confirming my fears that the plumbing was second rate, Chad quoted a fair price to plumb the sink and finished the entire process in under 3 days. This in comparison to the 60 day odyssey that I had been taken on to get to the point of having to call in CPR. If you want the job done and done right I'd suggest giving these guys a call.

Extremely courteous and professional. I had called several local and 'big name' plumbers to obtain an estimate for a clogged sewage return line. Received rediculously low and some quite high estimates from them all.I then looked again for a local (The Colony area) plumber and decided to call CPR Plumbing. Chad, was very easy to talk with, no high pressure sales tactics (like some of the others did), and told me exactly when he could come out and give an estimate.I was very pleased with his price, attitude and overall demeanor.I hired him and he and his crew had completed all of the work within about 4 hours. He didn't go above the estimate and even provided a warranty (5 YEARS!), which even the big name plumbers wouldn't offer.I will definetely use him again if needed and will recommend to all of my friends and family. Very responsive. One of our water heaters was leaking and I called their number, unsure if we'd used them before. Chad answered and said even if we hadn't used them, if we had to get a new water heater, he'd discount the amount we'd paid the other company, and he was at our house in under an hour. We chose to replace both water heaters and he gave us a lower rate on the second unit. He also made a few changes to make the heaters work together more efficiently.He was there at the time he promised, professional and really did more than he had to do. I will definitely use CPR Plumbing again.

Chad and his crew found and fixed a leak for us in 2 hours that another plumber had been looking for over the last 3 days. The other plumber dug up our 12 year old shrubs and left a huge mess in the yard. CPR didn't dig until they knew where they were going and they cleaned up afterwards, leaving the area spotless. Great experience. I will call them from now on.

Chad was a very caring, and compassionate gentleman. He came out right away, looked at the problem and quoted us a unbelievably fair price compared to the big companies we had out. Absolutely wonderful team. They came over to triage the french Drain overflow issue I requested to have checked on..they found no issues with it and explained to me how is works. Chad and his staff have excellent abilities in reading blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine the correct layout of plumbing systems; planning, installing and servicing plumbing systems, fixtures, piping equipment and controls.

I suspected I had a leak on my bathroom. They came very punctual. The team was very professional, checked the wall from the inside and outside. They at the end came to conclusion that the humidity was from a leak from the shower. It did not required any plumbing work. Could be happier, as I didn't get a hole in the wall for a non existing leak.

Not sure who gives less then 5 stars to this business. My gas water heater stopped working and I called CPR. The professional offered a free throubleshooting over the phone in order not to waste money for a simple problem! I have done exactly what he recommended and recovered the heater. CPR rep has also explained that if the issue comes back then either this or that part would need to be replaced for such and such rate! Outstanding. Would definitely use them in the future and recommend anyone else.

This is my 2nd time using CPR and Chad has come out and did an awesome job. He completed a water line 3 year ago and he by all means was the cheapest and did an awesome job. This time my water heater was flooding my garage and he came in 20 min to replace all of my hoses and pipes..I would recommend him over and over to eveyone. He will do a good job and do it right. Chad came out the other day to look into what was causing our slow drainage problem. He ran the snake out 100 feet and found nothing. He referred us to our city's utility department and declined to be paid. Wanted to see about getting a tankless hot water heater, they came out and gave us options that were friendly to our pocket book not only now but down the line, also ended up having our sprinkler system fixed. I have not yet formally hired CPR yet but already the owner saved me from spending far too much money with another company. In fact I was able to fix a problem without cost and the owner knew so while giving me the advice .Not only that, he offered to visit personally if his advice didn't work out and would get me taken care of. Just good honest ownership and you believe then when they say they enjoy making customers hsooy.

They replaced 2 hot water heaters with a Navien tankless. They were professional and did a neat installation at the price quoted. Our gas bills are down enough to entirely pay for the unit in about 10 years but more importantly, no more concerns of a tank leak. Call these guys. They are competent and do a great job!

We had a leak that was resulting in the flooring in our bedroom warping. Chad and his assistant were able to find the leak after about twenty minutes. It turned out to be a shoddy repair on the washing machine drain and required jack hammering into the slab a little to repair. This was expensive, though I felt the price was fair. Chad did good work, left the area clean, was polite, explained things we had questions for, and was respectful of our property.

CPR came out on a late Friday afternoon during the Feb 2011 'big freeze' for a broken water pipe.They arrived in 15 minutes, and had the situation under control almost immediately and pipe identified & fixed within an hour.I would DEFINITELY recommend them, especially for emergency plumbing needs.

These guys were fantastic. My 4 year old son apparently flushed a large rag down the toilet, leading to my sewage line being backed up. Had a massive mess the night before to clean up... I called them the next morning for help, and they were at my house in less than 2 hours. They worked hard to get the line cleared for an extremely reasonable rate. They had to use a camera to find the obstruction, which normally costs extra, but they did not bill me for this.I'm very satisfied overall and will definitely reach out to them again for future plumbing needs.

This company came highly recommended and did not disappoint! They came on the early end of the time slot, completed the task super fast and my tech was so friendly and knowledgeable. I can tell they are a company that does not take advantage of you and is very fairly priced. 10/10 will use again!

Took money. Didn't perform the service well at all. Didn't had the proper machine to clean the blockage. The sewer line was clogged very next day. When I called, they said its not their responsibility. I got the work done from Roto Rooter next time and they were excellent! I wouldn't recommend CPR at all.
