Pure Plumbing was very responsive and immediately contacted me and scheduled an appointment after I submitted the request online. It was great meeting Dillon and Omari who were very friendly and did a great job unclogging the sewer drain caused by several pieces of baby wipes,

I have a toilet tank leakage. Needs to replace the hose, the seal at the bottom of the tank, the pump and the bolts connecting to the commode. Simple enough..I called Mr. Rooter of farmers Branch at 8am. I was told there is a minimum of $74.99. (1st clue) I was told that it will be late afternoon which was fine. At 11am, I got a call that Tech is about 30-45 minutes away. Very good!Tech came very professional with his cost list. I took him to the upstairs bathroom to show what I want done. I also told him that I may also do the same thing to the hallway bathroom.So he asked if I want to replace everything and I told him may be. Anyway, he said he’ll give me a quote on both. We stood at the kitchen counter and I was watching the number being written. I can’t read the description. The numbers are...369.92228.28240.68295.94122.34. Totaled $1255.16First thing I thought. That’s the cost of new supplies and installation. I already decidedthat I am not doing the new thing. I just want the rebuild, the term he used.Then he skipped 2 lines and began to write the description. Which I can’t read but the numbers, I saw floored me. The numbers are..936.93864.25481.36228.28. Totaled $2510.82I asked him why the hefty cost...He said it’s expensive. I said, I paid the $75 minimum service fee. So, told him, no way, I can afford these. He did more calculation and said....”if you buy your own supplies, I can installed it for $1300 and we deduct the $74.99. I said to myself. In Your Dream! You be the judge! He was very pleasant and when I closed the front door and said goodbye to the tech, I collapsed on my dining room chair. When my friend heard the front door closed, he came out and saw me sitting and asked if anything wrong. I showed him the estimate. First thing he said...That’s a rip-off! I concur!By the way, I called Home Advisor and got a plumber...plumber and a helper came fixedexactly what I said was wrong...for a FRACTION OF MR ROOTER ESTIMATE. A FRACTION!!

They were good and very nice overall to deal with. We needed plumbing work ASAP and I talked to a lady who was very nice and she said she would have someone call me right back. I had to call them back and I talked to the owner's son. He was very nice and tell him I decided to go with Roto Rooter because I needed someone that day and could not wait however I ended calling Atlas back because the Roto Rooter guy (he was very young) could not tell me who I needed to fix my sink that had fallen. The owner's son at Atlas took the time and explain to me who I needed and gave me a recommendation. Unfortunately I ended up getting someone else to fix the sink and I called Atlas the very next day to hook up the sink and a new garbage disposal. However the part I am not the happiest with Atlas has to do with the plumber himself because when I asked him about a part in the sink if he had match to the part he said yes, but his part didn't match my sink. He was very professional and knowledgeable about plumbing. He did do a great job otherwise but I could have done a better job replacing the part to my sink by going back to Lowe's and getting the part myself. Am I happy with Atlas and their customer service? Yes for the most part but if you want parts to be matching inside your sink I suggest you buying the pieces yourself and handing it to them because they won't have it otherwise. They are very accommodating when you need someone ASAP and helpful too!!!!

Plumbers did a good job

Our sewer line was so blocked up that we couldn't flush our toilets without them overflowing. Water was coming up in the bathtubs too. Unfortunately, our regular local plumber couldn't handle the job because he was unable to find the clean-out near the alley that the city had installed 30 years earlier, so he recommended we call Milestone. Thankfully, they were able to send a plumber out on a Sunday, which is when this happened. He arrived on time and went straight to work, cleaned the line out through the roof stack, and was polite and professional the entire time while getting the job done. Now we can flush our toilets again! The only drawback was that Milestone charged twice as much for coming out on Sunday as they would have charged for a weekday visit.

TL;DR Joe kept 3400 dollars for a job he never did. Said he'd pay me back, sans the hours he put in trying to diagnose my problem/messing with my pipes, and now seems to be ghosting me.Had a flood in a bathroom from the base of the toilet. Joe looked at it, figured we had a slab leak. Asked for a 3400 dollar down payment to deal with it by tunneling under the house. We saw his reviews and trusted him, and paid him.He kept showing up hours later than he said he'd be, and a flushed toilet caused another flood, leading us to doubt his diagnosis. He was gonna deal with the clog, but he still believed their was a slab leak.He said he'd come deal with it at 7. My girlfriend got up early to let him in; he showed up at 9 but had to leave almost right away because he didn't have the right equipment or he needed to drive his girlfriend to work.Last straw for us. We told him we were just gonna hire a big corporate plumber to get it over with fast. He was polite, said he'd pay us back the down payment.We called in another plumber, they showed up, used a camera snake to find the clog, demolished it, and were gone within one hour. 600 bucks. They said they found no sign of a slab leak.Joe suddenly got real hard to get ahold of. He hasn't replied to a text or call in... 4 or 5 days now? Been over a week since we let him go.Last time we talked, and I told him I was freaked about the chance of him walking with my money, he said I'm not that guy.I honestly don't get it. I'm starting to wonder if he ever honestly believed there was a slab leak, or if he just thought we looked like a couple gullible idiots. I guess he was right, if so.

FTR Service Company's drain installation service was impressive. Their team was skilled, efficient, and completed the installation in a timely manner. I am pleased with their service and would use them again.

I had a great experience with DAZ Plumbing on yesterday. I had a leak in my bathroom and I could not figure out where the water was coming from. They came and diagnosed the problem as well as fixed it. They were prompt, professional, and their customer service skills were phenomenal. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone in need of a great plumbing service.

As a result of the winter storm that hit Texas in February 2021, I had a busted pipe in my house. This company happened to be helping my neighbor. I asked him if he can fix it and he said yes for $370.He came in and within 4 minutes he was done. He simply cut the pipe and capped it. He believed he was done. I said, it’s not fixed. I agreed to $370 for you to fix not cap it. He started getting louder and bragged how he charged the elderly all day that amount! I tried to reason with him that I agreed to that amount for it to be fixed. He got more aggressive, louder and threatened to sew me. I have children in the house and they could hear everything. I finally agreed to pay $250. I have worked with top New York City Attorneys and I assure you, they did not charge $250 for 4 minutes of their time. I am writing this review to inform you of the type of morals and character this company has, taking advantage of Texas in a time of disaster.

I requested an inspection and we had it done and finished the very next morning.

I call them for drain cleaning service and they respond back very with best quality of plumbing service.
