I have used other plumbing companies before, but Dallas Plumbing has always treated me better than any others. Good service at a fair price. Plumbing problems are never fun, but with Dallas Plumbing I have never felt taken advantage of.

We had a new pool light installed as part of a pool remodel. The junction box and conduit needed to be replaced which required digging a trench from the pool to the house to replace the rusted conduit. Blake and Matthew did an amazing job of isolating the problem and then trenched, wired, and installed new wiring. Voila! The pool light works great. Blake was friendly and very professional!

I just had a baffling experience where I called in a problem with my breaker box and they sent out an HVAC technician. That would have been a simple misunderstanding (my AC is affected by the issue) except I was told to call AK Electric because the one electrician they used to have went to work somewhere else.Electrical services are part of their company name and are all over their website. It doesn't seem like that could actually be the case, but according to them, they aren't currently in the electrical business.Update: I called the number as requested and this information was confirmed to me. It was definitely unexpected that they have no electricians at the moment, but they are looking to hire. My only request was to let people know this up front and not have their team schedule service they can't currently provide.

I'm not one to hire work done but I could not be more pleased with Jarius and Chris and their professionalism and honesty. I thought I had a leak in the crawls space in the 60 yr old cast iron drain line. They were honest and deduced the water was ground water coming in from outside. I was prepared to have to replace a section of the cast iron system. I had them scope the sewer lines and they were very kind in showing me the video footage and educating me.

The techs were courtesy and professional. They went over the checks that they performed and appeared to be thorough in the preventive maintenance that was done on my systems.

The guy that came literally didn't want to do anything and didn't check for a problem. The person that scheduled the appointment clearly didn't communicate to him why he was coming. He came and turned on my shower for 2 minutes and said he didn't see a problem. I told him to let it run, which he did, then he said yeah there's a problem and didn't offer any solution. A waste of my time. Never again.

Aaron provided prompt service, was courteous, explained all details on work being completed, and left our bathroom clean. We have used Benjamin Franklin multiple times and will continue to call on them. Aaron's work is a great representation of the company.

Trevor West, the Frymire HVAC technician, was on time and very professional in his approach to working on our unit. He checked the heating unit out and discussed his findings. All was well. Would definitely have Trevor West back.
