Best Repair HVAC in Dallas TX

I have used Hooper for decades. They are always excellent. The past visit was extraordinary in that Eric was in and out in less than an hour, performed multiple tasks, was fast efficient and on time. They are the best.

They were supposed to come, identify and repair gas leak.Two “plumbers” showed up, were very unprepared for the job and after a lot of discussion and trial and error they were not able to find the leak.Still was charged $299 for the two hours they both were here and was told I was lucky because they only charged the hours of one “plumber”.I am constantly surprised at the lack of professionalism in the plumbing business and how in today’s customer experience world that they are still allowed to get away with this.Unfortunately I have not yet found a company in this area that really cares about customer experience.These guys do not make it and the search continues.

Emmitt with Dial One Johnson was not only prompt for a maintenance check, but he was personable, friendly and fast. All of the staff at Dial One have always been courteous and friendly. I'm very fortunate to have found such a reliable and professional company who place customers first.

Quick response time, Terry was very polite, diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes and fixed within 45 minutes.

Rolando Mojica has serviced my home at least twice now. He has been respectful of my home (and animals and children), clean, well versed in HVAC, doesn’t try to everything as an up sell, and very honest and personable. He is my requested technician when dealing with HVAC.I have also used Milestone for about 2 years for Electrical and highly recommend their services, as well as their plumbing services. I have been very pleased with their services! 5 stars!

Samier Martinez is a polite and professional worker. After completing his work he also informed me of other services offered by his comoany, without being pushy or overbearing about trying to sell me on it. Because of this, should I need these services in the future I will be sure to call this company.

I honestly believe this is price gouging of senior citizens. Baker brothers replaced a flange on a my parents toilet to keep it from shifting. The fee was almost $800. Ridiculous. The parts may have cost $50 at most. You don’t charge by the hour so you can charge a fortune for the parts and install. Flat rate. A joke An hour in labor. They said it was 2 1/2. Not accurate. Is this how you justify your enormous rates. Most doctors and lawyers don’t get this much money an hour. Buyer beware. Get a few quotes before you reach out to Baker’s Brothers. Will never use you again and will tell everyone who wants to listen the same.

Technician was to perform free maintenance on a system I paid to have installed last year. My downstairs unit was cycling on and off. Rather than diagnose and repair it, the technician tried to upsell me on a new system ($12/$15/$20K) or offered $5K of repairs to the old system. He showed me pictures of mold in my attic and said I had no drainage pan under the old system, both were scare tactics and lies. I opened the furnace, read the troubleshooting label, determined a fuse was blown and replaced it for $3.50. The system is running fine now. I would not recommend this company for residential repairs as I find their business practices predatory and unscrupulous.

Chris and team were so helpful! I was out of AC with 3 kids and they came to the rescue. Prompt and professional. They looked at my system and the house and saved me so much money!! They were honest and told me I could really use a smaller system than I originally had. So instead of spending more to replace like for like I spent less and was able to get a better system. I upgraded to a really nice Fujitsu system they recommended and it’s so quiet!! Thank you!! You were definitely the Right Call!!

The guys came early, very respectful, and very neat. They explained to me what they were doing and why, they gave me helpful tips and information on the things I needed to do to keep my system running properly, and they do fast work. They also clean up when the job is done. THANK YOU GUYS!!!

We had some concerns about our aging hot water heater, they answered all our questions. We decided to replace our unit which was done in a timely manner. We are very pleased with the service we received and will use them again in the future.

This last week, July 2021, Levy and Son plumbers worked under my house for three days. The promised and WRITTEN contracted work was replacing 65 feet of main sewer pipe and all the PVC piping which fed into it from the two bathrooms at the front of the house. There was a significant charge. I thought the work had been done. The city inspector, who came after the work was finished to evaluate it, in fact informed me that only 43 feet of sewer pipe had been replaced and NONE of the side branch PVC piping had been replaced. When I confronted the plumber, he confirmed this. Levy and Son were going to charge me the FULL contracted amount until I was made aware and called and complained. They had no excuses or apologies. They did knock the price down a little bit. I felt angry, cheated and taken advantage of. I would not have known AT ALL if the city inspector had not taken the time to chat with me. I have worked with Levy and Son for over 20 years but I will NEVER do business with them again. EVER. I would not recommend them to anyone. Not only was this a blatantly dishonest encounter, but their attitude and their customer service has deteriorated dramatically. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I called in the morning and Jerry was there that afternoon. He went straight to the problem and corrected it right away. Very polite and very professional!

One Source came out and installed my custom faucet! Right on time ! Jose Hernandez was the best ! Definitely using again

We have used Wilson for years -- primarily for heating and air. Then I called Wilson for a plumbing problem and found that they had to redo the work of another plumber in order to fix my problem. So now they are our primary plumbers, too. Price is always reasonable, the response time is very fast, and the technicians always inspire trust. Highly recommended -- in fact I have recommend Wilson to friends who have also had good experiences. I never expect to hire anyone to redo Wilson's work.

Absolutely the best company I have ever worked with, from sales to completion. The communications with their customers are second to none from the top to the bottom. Their friendly technicians, led by Austin N., went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied and to keep us informed during the progress of the project. Danielle, from the front office even called me midway through my whole-house generator installation to inquire if everything was OK and to ask if I needed anything. They truly value their customers.
