Very professional, an friendly. came out replaced hot water heater , was on time stay until job was finished they left like at 10 pm. pickup all there trash left. Stayed make sure I had hot water before they left. Would definitely use an refer them to anyone looking for a plumber that is reasonable on their price Thanks again go a Job well done.

The original plumber I called quoted me at $2,850 for a repair job that Mai was able to do for $200. Mai showed up within hours of when I called and had the job done in about half an hour. Highly recommend!

Fantastic work, came out later in the evening for an emergency job to replace a leaking and broken water heater drain valve. Didn't overcharge like some of the big companies would and didn't try to force me to pay for or purchase anything that I didn't need. Jason was very personable and helpful, including educating us on the best steps moving forward to save us stress and money.

Blair from Milestone showed up on time, was very courteous and professional, and was very thorough in walking through what services were performed and providing an evaluation for the health of my unit. Service was great and I would use Milestone again.

Rey got me squared away with a new water heater for my first home. This was my first swing at getting a hot water heater replaced and Rey made it a great experience. Within a week he assessed the need and replaced the tank. The replacement was super quick and he charged a fraction of the cost of the big name companies in the area.
