I called Pure plumbing when none of my toilets were flushing, maybe one was draining so slow and I had a full house of family over for the holiday weekend. I was worried no one would be able to make it out but Uriel Arriaga came out Sunday and worked on my home all day and found the problem. He was able to make my toilets and showers usable for a day or two. We recently bought the home and the clean outs were compromised and did not know so they hurried back a day later dug in two locations, got clean outs installed and cleared out the pipes where the camera kept getting stuck. He did this all in one day! Him and his team worked from 7 AM TO 7PM to get the problem solved and I could not be more grateful. I will definitely be using Pure Plumbing for ANY issues I have in the future. Uriel is very knowledgeable and very informative and made sure we understood everything and even informed us of issues that may arise and what he saw while working on the house. He cares about his clients and had the best customer service!

Clint was very professional. He was very informative about what was wrong with our water heaters and gave us all the financial information presently to fix it and what to expect in the near future which helped us to be able to make the best decision. He worked hard and made sure everything was in good working order and cleaned up before he left. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing problems.

Joseph said I had a drain pipe that needed repair in the front yard. The job was supposed to take 3 days. I paid half down, and the next day they dug a hole. It has since been a week of excuses, no shows, and unanswered calls/texts. I am left with a hole, a large section of grass that will be dead from the smothering, and now must find another plumber to complete the job. I'm out $1400 plus damages to my lawn.I have all the calls and texts to back my claims. BEWARE!

George gave us excellebt customer service and went above and beyond to take time to not only fix the issue with our hvac unit , but he also spent hours troubleshooting why the problem was occurring. He spent time with me explaining everything and keeping me informed of everything. He was also transparent in the pricing and upfront before repairs were made. Jorge also came first thing the next morning to address a issue we had free of charge. He is very very thorough, has good communication skills with his customers and shows excellent customer service. I had a stopped up sewer line which was giving me really bad issues. I needed a plumber asap and called these guys to come and fix the issue. I had a plumber with me within an hour which was such a weight off of my shoulders. He was very professional and informative and done a fantastic job on my properly.
