Service rep was dispatched immediately after I placed call. Arrive and was very professional by covering feet and wearing a mask, inspected the required repairs to be done and provided estimate. Was able to cut cost via retaining good parts that did not need to be replaced and also applied a coupon to save an additional $100.

Incorrectly stated we had a foundation leak that was going to cost us over $4000 after completing a small repair that was initially quoted at $750. In trying to coordinate between One Source and our insurance plumbers they extended our repair out for two weeks only to verify that no, there was no foundation leak. That was after my husband reminded their plumber, who was 45 mins late, that he was supposed to be at our house to meet with the other plumbers. Once that was settled I was told the repair would be $250, but was charged $325. I would not trust them to come out to my home again.

I have had them over to my house twice to do repairs. All were done quickly and efficiently. Everyone has been extremely professional as well. I actually live far way, and I pay extra to have them drive to come to my house, and it's well worth it for a company you can trust!

The guys at Accurate Leak & Line, I'm in DFW, are the best, we had a problem from the work they did 5 years ago, they really live up to their warranty, the service was above and beyond what I expected, they rushed one of their Techs over last week and a potential nightmare became a forgotten dream, I cannot recommend them highly enough! Do not hesitate to use them!

We had a leak in our front yard in the flower bed. Another company provided me with a quote that I felt was a bit high. Based on a referral from a family member, I called Pure Plumbing to get a second quote but they said they couldn't provide a quote over the phone. They offered to come and take a look at the problem and provide a free estimate. The plumber came and said it would cost $325 for an estimate. I told him what the other company told me was the problem but he said he had to make sure himself. Since it was already mid-afternoon, I told him to go ahead with providing me an estimate thinking that I could talk to the office later about the charge for providing an estimate they told me would be free. After about 10 minutes, the plumber confirmed that the leak was coming from the homeowner's shut off box (which is what the other company told me as well). His verbal quote was almost twice what the other company quoted me. He did offer to take the $325 cost of the estimate out of the repair price. However, he refused to email me a copy of the estimate and said that we would have to close out the transaction before he could provide me with the written estimate. I asked him to wait outside so I could contact my husband to see what he wanted to do. I also called the other company to see if they could come out to fix the problem that day but they were booked until the following week. Since I work from home and didn't want to go without water for another 5 days, I agreed to have him do the work. After the work was completed, he emailed me the receipt/invoice which has no details of the repairs performed. I contacted the office the following day about my feeling misled on the free estimate and the invoice. The person told me they would talk to the supervisor and get back to me on Monday. On Wednesday, I still had not heard back so I called them again. The person I spoke to said that the charge for $325 was for work done to locate the leak (10 minutes that he spent to dig in the flower bed to find the hole in the plumbing), and if the problem had been obvious they wouldn't have charged me for the estimate. It still doesn't make sense to me how they can say free estimate when it's only free when the problem is obvious. She said she would talk to one of the managers and get a revised invoice to me within 24-48 hours.Only after I left a one star review on their yelp page did they attempt to contact me. I returned their call and again was promised an updated invoice the following day, and still have not heard back from them. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend this company. While their free estimate claim may not be fraudulent, it is completely misleading.

The worst Plumbing company out there. They use tactics to rob you out of hundreds if not thousands! Their technicians are inexperienced and unprofessional. Stay away from this place.

The quality of the work was excellent, the price was fair for the amount of work that was done, and they left the work site looking better than than they found it. Overall they did a great job!

Had a leak in bathroom. Plumber came out and checked the water pressure. He said there was no indication of a slab leak. He said that we should run the test anyways. Ran it and found nothing. Cut away a few holes in the drywall (which isn’t that big of a deal to find the leak). After not being able to find anything they charged me 275. Leaving me worse off than I started.I called another plumber. He came out and found the leak in less than 5 minutes. No need to cut drywall for diagnosis or repair.The owner called me to come out the next morning, only because I was not happy with the service I received. But I had already decided to go with the company that was able to find the leak for me.I’m out the $300 but I guess I learned my lesson.2 stars because it seemed like the owner wanted to make it right. But with an active leak that’s just too late.

I called on a Sunday due to a toilet not flushing/filling properly. Within an hour, Alvin came out to take a look. While he was able to place a temporary fix, he recommended a new toilet. We had been having issues with this toilet off and on for a few years, so I knew it was time and not him just trying to sell me something.He was through with why he was recommending the toilet he was, and we felt the price was reasonable. He came back on Monday, on time, to install. We love the new toilet and the service Alvin was able to provide.This was the 2nd time we have AAA Auger come out to our home. Highly recommended.

They can't be too reliable if the don't answer their phone.

Bad Company and services. It does not have the tool to do the job. The drain cleaning need the snake drill cable from 75-100 feed long to unclog the pipe as I text the company before they come to my home and the company agree it. But the technician using snake drill cable only 50 ft and broken in half to 25 feet each part. It can not do the job with 25 ft snake drill cable and still charge me $99. Switch and bait me to $650 for Hydro jet service...

Great service. These guys are the only plumbers I could find around Mesquite that offer free estimates.

I found GWS plumbing to be very professional and arrived within the hour of an emergency water leak. We will always call them with our plumbing needs in the future. We have used GWS twice and have not been disappointed.
