Jose and Danny were two of the main plumbers on my job and they did a fantastic job. They had to replace my entire yard gas line due to a leak and were able to complete the job timely and professionally. They also gave me a quote that was below any of the others I received. These two and their team were very responsive (including the office staff), triple checked everything and completed the job without any complications. I will 100% be using them again in the future.

The personnel we encountered were courteous. The work was performed in a timely manner, as we were being charged by the hour to locate an under the slab leak. The repairs were scheduled and completed to our satisfaction. The office personnel Danielle was friendly and gave us a follow-up call for each event scheduled. We have used this service, in the past and would recommend it to anyone.

I think Phantom Plumbing has the greatest service. Ricky arrived on time with a friendly smile. He listened to my concerns and went right to work, assuring me that he could handle the problem. Until today these folks rated 5 stars from me. I called them, explained exactly the problem. They sent out a plumber who said he was not interested in replacing my water heater circulation pump. In case this was a one-off visit from a sleepy apprentice, I called to check with the office. She agreed. Must be contagious and has spread throughout the company. DOA.

They arrived about an hour after my emergency and all of my issues were addressed and repaired the same day. They were quick, efficient and did not leave a mess.

Quite possibly the easiest plumbing company I’ve worked with. Juan did an excellent job of troubleshooting and fixing the problem. Will definitely call NTX Plumbing next time I need plumbing assistance!

I have used Metro North plumbing for 28 years. Frank Mages has always done excellent work for us. Frank recently retired and sold his business to Texas Plumbing Solutions. I have asked them to do two jobs for me now, and they did excellent work! One job was a P-trap replacement, and the other was a water heater check. The first was done quick; the second was done fast, along with a thorough explanation as to why the water heater was in remarkably excellent shape. Frank Mages picked a great company to sell his business to. I will most definitely be using them again!

I don't typically review companies but I feel good plumbers (service professionals in general) are becoming harder and harder to find so I felt I should help others looking for a reputable plumbing company. My elderly father had a dishwasher, washer, sink and toilet that were all giving him issues. He had another plumbing company come out a couple of months ago and sort of fix the issue. I say sort of because they ran a snake where they could, never really fixed the issue but still charged him $200. I have used O'Bryan Plumbing in the Allen area and was please with their service so decided to let them look at my fathers home. We set up an appointment. My father is a bit nervous of strangers in his home so Asa and Javier called me ahead of time so I could let my father know they were nearly there. They kept me informed by phone of their progress and explained the issues and solutions in detail. They resolved all of his drain issues at a reasonable price. I had dinner with my father later that evening and he commented on how polite and respectful they were. I believe if you choose to use O'Bryan Plumbing you won't be disappointed.

I am a property manager and these folks are very difficult to schedule with and the woman there was rude to both myself and my Tenant. We needed a gas leak repair and they quoted us a repair reschedule over a week later after they missed their own appointment.

We had a leak in the concrete in our hallway because of foundation issues and knew we needed a quality plumber. CPR Plumbing & Slab Leaks Unlimited came highly recommended from a family friend and we called them immediately to get a quote on what the repairs would cost. Chad was at our house in only a few hours and was able to quickly give us an estimated cost for the location and repair of our slab leak. After having already spoke to others about estimated costs we decided to choose CPR Plumbing. Chad quickly got started and fixed our leak by the end of the following day. What a tough job it was but he made the whole process as easy as possible and took great care of our home! We would highly recommend their services to anyone who needs any plumbing work done!!
