I called Tribeca immediately when we found water leaking on the floor in our bathroom and after reading multiple reviews of local plumbers, we knew we made the right decision when they sent someone immediately (within 20 minutes) and fixed the leak super quickly. Their team was professional and prompt, and pricing was incredibly cheap (less than $100.00) to come out and fix. Have given their name out to all my neighbors and would highly recommend.

Called yesterday at 7:45 am to request A/C service. The unit was not cooling , happened overnight . Tom came out at 9:00 am and service was complete by 9:45 ! We have used Dallas Plumbing Company several times for plumbing repairs on our 40 year old house but this was the first time using your A/C service . We had already planned on the bi-annual service check later in the week. Thank you so much for saving our Fourth of July. We highly recommend your company .

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.We scheduled an appointment to have a shower leak located and assessed. We received an email quoting $59 assessment fee. When the workers arrived, (one who appeared to be stoned or drunk) they stood staring at our shower. They ran no tests, and never even so much as turned anything on. After about three minutes, they went back to the truck to get some stuff, and pricing. The one worker who was NOT under the influence, returned to say it would be $400 per hour for them to run tests. This was never mentioned in the email quote we received. When we presented the evidence of the quote we were told that $59 was only an evaluation fee. How you can accurately evaluate anything without performing any actual work is beyond me. Perhaps Flow Plumbing employees psychic plumbers? Regardless, this entire organization are absolute crooks. DO NOT waste your time or money.

Very professional company. They over communicate via text on your appointment and give you multiple reminders and a phone call 30 min out. Very trustworthy. We will be using them to replace our HVAC later this year!

Ricky took a $3000 deposit to put in a water softer and filtration system. He has not returned to install. Tells me by text business is slow and he doesn’t have the money to refund me. Avoid this con artist.

this is my 2nd time using rescue rooter in 2 weeks. 1st for plumbing now for Ac. Outstanding customer service! David J. Came out today and walked me thrust the whole problem with my Ac. His very knowledgeable and friendly. Made it feel as if you had your beat friend over not someone trying to make a paycheck. I don't typically review companies but I feel good plumbers (service professionals in general) are becoming harder and harder to find so I felt I should help others looking for a reputable plumbing company. My elderly father had a dishwasher, washer, sink and toilet that were all giving him issues. He had another plumbing company come out a couple of months ago and sort of fix the issue. I say sort of because they ran a snake where they could, never really fixed the issue but still charged him $200. I have used O'Bryan Plumbing in the Allen area and was please with their service so decided to let them look at my fathers home. We set up an appointment. My father is a bit nervous of strangers in his home so Asa and Javier called me ahead of time so I could let my father know they were nearly there. They kept me informed by phone of their progress and explained the issues and solutions in detail. They resolved all of his drain issues at a reasonable price. I had dinner with my father later that evening and he commented on how polite and respectful they were. I believe if you choose to use O'Bryan Plumbing you won't be disappointed.

CPR Plumbing did an outstanding job for us on short notice, from the first day I called to ask why our water heater was making noises to installing a new water heater. When they heard that our water heater had completely stopped working during the recent cold snap, they moved our water heater replacement appointment to a week earlier!
