We have an emergency issue on clogged drainage where water flow over everywhere. We called eight companies but either they don't do commercial or no plumber available that day, or they told us how much have to pay first. Luckily Texas Plumbing Solutions returned our call and were able to arrange a plumber to come over that day and solved the problem. We were happy because they don't overcharged us for the work due to emergency. The second day we have another issue on water sitting in our elevator pit, we called and they responded quickly. They pumped all the water out. We definitely going to use Texas Plumbing Solutions team again. Their price is fair, they're quick to respond, and they know what they do.

I have been using Texas Plumbing Solutions for years at our commercial properties but just recently needed their assistance at my house. Our hot water heater went out over the Christmas holiday and they were prompt in getting a team out to get my hot water heater replaced. Their team is always polite and knowledgeable. So I had a Etneral tankless water heater (Junk Brand) go out all of a sudden and couldn’t get anyone to come out and look at it everyone just wanted to give crazy prices over the phone. I called Elisha at Texas Plumbing Solutions and they knew I didn’t have hot water for the family so knowing that he moved some things around and fit us in first thing the next morning. Story short he replaced our pos old unit with a new better brand for cheaper then the other companies wanted just to look at the old unit. Unit is replaced/wife and kids are happy. I and my family use Texas Plumbing Solutions (TPS) every time we have a plumbing issue. They are friendly, competent and responsive.Most recently, the gas company advised that a gas pipeline leak had been detected at my home and the gas supply was turned off. I contacted TPS and, within a couple of days, they assessed the issue, provided a competitively-priced quote for the full line replacement, obtained permits and dug up and replaced the old, rusted line with a new flexible line.Their workers were on time, efficient and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves and were careful to save my grass.

My husband and I consider Texas Plumbing Solutions as a company we can depend on for personalized and quality service. They will always be our ‘go to’ plumbing company. We have used them 4 occasions through the years and always had excellent communication and skilled work. Yesterday at 5:00 PM an exterior pipe suddenly busted and water was gushing sky high in the yard. We turned off the water at the main line. We notified TPS and they had a plumber at our house within 40 minutes. The plumber fixed the problem pipe within 30 minutes and we had water again. We were grateful with the quick and efficient service.

Thought they were a good company, however, they sent the bill which we paid in full... And then some time later, sent a second bill saying that the reason for it was their mistake of not charging sales taxes on the first bill. No apologies shared, and did not show up for a future plumbing job. No worries, there are other plumbing companies just like you have other customers.

Very happy with their service and price to replace my copper pipes with Pex. Scheduling was extremely quick, responsive and easy. I shopped 3 different companies and they had the best price and they had reviews to back it up. The Plumbers were on time and gave a text prior to coming. I loved that I was able to send them a photo for an estimate instead of scheduling someone to come out and charging me $50. No issues with the estimate not being accurate as it was exactly what I was charged. The Plumbers that came out were extremely nice and detailed with the work that they did. A warranty is due arose and they immediately came back to the project and made all necessary repairs, back filled and returned the site to near perfect condition. Tried calling multiple times ( 6 total) . After speaking to Alecia multiple times on the phone to schedule a repair and replace a floor drain I was told a plumber would be available Monday August 16th. Asked for an email with bid and time when I would expect a plumber to come out. Confirmed a date over phone but was awaiting an email confirming price and time of arrival. Just got a call cancelling the job. Poor customer service!

175$ to caulk a total of 6. Told me it was water getting on floor when someone is showering upstairs. Never turned on shower in bathroom to detect leak; only bath faucet. Still have a waterfall in my house every time someone showers. Will just fix myself after pissing away 175$ for nothing. Not even upset they didn't find the leak. Upset they charged $175 for basically doing nothing. Could have saved that for the major plumbing fix i'm going to have to do. Hard to find decent contractors in Dallas.
