Cole was on time, very quick to find the problem and extremely quick in repairing it. Showed me what the issue was and how it was repaired. All in all, total time was maybe 30 minutes. Couldn't ask for more!

We have used Jar-Dab Plumbing since we first moved to The Colony in 1989. They were recommended by the morning coffee group that met every morning at a local restaurant. These were men who lived here and knew ALL the local service providers and how good they were. Jab-Dab has installed kitchen and bathroom faucets, disposals, toilets, and unplugged plenty of stopped up drains. They saved us plenty of money on hot water heaters, and given us advice that has saved us several times on various problems. We have always recommended this company, and will continue to do so.

They worked very well with our homeowners insurance and provided a variety of options to resolving our leak. Jo in the main office was friendly and flexible when we called with any needs. This company takes advantage of people, especially women and single mothers. I used them to replace my AC. They turned off the gas to my water heater. When I called them, they told me I needed a new water heater. We had just spend a fortune on replacing the AC and now the water heater?? I decided to call my handyman plumber to get a second opinion. He lit the pilot in less than 5 mins and only charged me $65 for service call. I will not use ARS again and will warn all my business clients and friends.

They didn't even bother to show up. Zero stars. We have called and gotten through at least 5 times today (been hung up on 4 other times) to get in touch with a plumber to get a better idea of ETA during our ridiculously vague 8am-4pm arrival window. We have waited ALL DAY and no one came. The owner has been forwarding all calls to the receptionist, who is of no help whatsoever - apparently she doesn't work in the office and has no insight into scheduling and no interaction with the plumbers.Stay away from this company. Do not recommend.

Bad Company and services. It does not have the tool to do the job. The drain cleaning need the snake drill cable from 75-100 feed long to unclog the pipe as I text the company before they come to my home and the company agree it. But the technician using snake drill cable only 50 ft and broken in half to 25 feet each part. It can not do the job with 25 ft snake drill cable and still charge me $99. Switch and bait me to $650 for Hydro jet service...
