I had a drip leak in the angle-stop valve on my refrigerator line. I contacted a number of plumbers, sending a photo of the angle stop valve that needed to be changed. I received a call from Staggs saying that they could do the job but would have to check and see when they could send someone out. The next thing I know, I get a text message saying that a technician is already on the way (no quote provided). He arrives and tells me that this is a $400 repair.......................for a job that took just about 1 hour and $15 in parts. Really???? The job was done well and this review has nothing to do with the quality of work, but the kind of price-gouging that took place, which turned a prompt professional experience into a 2 star review . The company knew exactly what they were coming to fix but instead of telling me the price up front, chose to wait until they showed up when I really needed it taken care of. Consumers Beware!

Matt and Corey fixed our tub faucet leak pronto. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They kept me informed on the work that needed to be done. I will definitely request their services again when needed.

Corey and Kee came out and repaired our slow-draining kitchen sink and also fixed an issue with the faucet tower that comes out of the counter top. They also evaluated an issue with the sinks in our guest bath which will require us to install new faucets. We're going to select the hardware we want and then call them back out for installation. The company picked up when I called, and the guys were out within about an hour from that phone call. Great service!

Tech didn’t call me once they were on site. No pics of completed work. Only communication was by text message from the office. I would’ve appreciated a phone call from the technician when he was on site and when he got finished, I would find that to be better communication as well as a picture of the completed work. I had to have an old water filtration system removed and Corey and Keyy were here at 8:00am on the dot like they said they would be. They were very professional, kind, and respectful. I highly recommend these two gentlemen for plumbing services. I will be using them in the future. Quick and efficient as well!

The entire process from booking, repair and payment was excellent. Tony C. was fantastic in explaining the issue, the process of solving the issue and the steps he was going to take to resolve the issue and the cost. Additionally, he was very clear on what could happen that would require additional and greater measures to complete the repairs if the initial attempt was unsuccessful along with the added cost.This was the second job that Tony has come out to my home to make repairs, both times his work was superb!I highly recommend Staggs and in particular Tony for your plumbing needs.

We’ve used Staggs plumbing in the past and have always been happy with their service and professionalism. We contacted them recently for a problem we were having with a toilet. Corey was on time, friendly, and even showed us where we could find a coupon online for a discount! He not only found and fixed the issue, but determined the root cause and told us how to avoid it going forward. It was raining and muddy outside and he put covers over his shoes so he didn’t track anything in the house. Our normally barky dogs who hate strangers in the house stopped barking at him after a bit! We’ll always use Staggs for all our plumbing needs.

Was looking for a quote for a full Cast Iron re-pipe for our 1977 built home. Bobby was great! Quick, professional, provided a quote immediately after he took some measurements. Will definitely be considered when we book the job.

Absolute criminals. Please do not use these guys. I called them instead of my normal plumber because these guys were readily available on an urgent repair. They recommending replacing the sewer line in the yard which was already PVC (which I was unaware of), which of course did not fix the issue but they happily charged me $5.5 K, - the issue was the cast iron piping underneath the house. I wasn't made aware at the time that the repair would stop at the house so several weeks later, when the same back up happens, they informed me of the house to alley mis repair but then stated I likely had two problems. Of course the plumber that diagnosed the issue is no longer an employee for them. Great.

Staggs Plumbing the best plumbing & HVAC company you can choose they were able to come to my home and get my water heater replaced within the same day !! Professional through & reliable definitely will use them again!!

Hourly Service Charge $300 plus a trip charge $60 was not discussed at no time until the end of the assessment (Staggs is located in the same city as residence). He was going to charge for an hour until I pointed out they had only been here for 30 minutes. He revised the charge for 30 minutes. So after being charged $210 for their estimate - which he did provide their estimate right on the spot but was 82% of the original estimate provided for the entire replacement of the ss. When questioned why the estimate wasn't closer to 50% of the previous amount, no answer was provided. Appears to me that they were not interested in doing the work, only to charge a consultation fee which is sprung on you at the end of their visit.

What started as a small leak turned into a huge job and Staggs did awesome. They did a great job of showing not just telling me what was wrong and why it should be replaced. We had a mix of cast iron, clay, and pvc pipes. They replaced all the plumbing and draining in our house and it is nice to know that it was done right.

I know the importance of reviews and the impacts the have on companies so I am always hesitant to leave negative feedback but I couldn't believe the experience we had with this company. Their service fee of $55 is reasonable compared to other companies but after diagnosing the issue, they told us it would be a $750 installation fee. We obviously hesitated and decided to call around because the hot water tank is only a year and a half old, with that price, we’d be better off replacing the whole unit. We did call two other companies and both said they could replace the part around 225-250. One of the companies even walked my husband through the process of ordering the part since it’s under warranty. I’m not sure if they saw our development and decided to Jack up the price thinking this was a manageable price for us or if they didn’t want to do the job so they gave us a high rate. I just can’t imagine the price difference and the fact that we are now out of pocket on the service fee plus we still don’t have hot water for our family of 5. What a shame.

My water bill has been unusually high for a few months, and I finally stopped blaming my kids for taking long showers and had Staggs Plumbing out. So glad that I did. There was a slow leak that they were able to fix quickly and affordably. The money that I'll be saving will more than cover the cost of the repair, especially if it had gotten worse, or caused damage to my house! I will definitely be using them in the future!

Jose was very knowledgeable and persistent to repair the drain system. He and Cam did a good job in cleaning-up. Staggs did good follow-up in scheduling and seeking feedback.

Patrick was on time. Clean. Very nice and helpful. Knowledgeable about the Rinnai tankless water heater. Code 10 and he cleaned it. The code went away. He informed us about flushing it annually. Definitely recommend.

I heard water running while in the master bathroom and it was quite worrisome. After dealing with 2 other plumbers and a sprinkler guy, I stumbled onto Staggs Plumbing. Jonathan and Juan came out and I told them what the other plumbers had said. They claimed it was a slab leak and they'd have to reroute the plumbing. It was going to cost me anywhere from 3200-4200. Juan stepped in, very confidently, and said, this doesn't seem like slab leak. He was about 90% sure but said they needed to run their own test. I was hesitant because I had just paid $200 to get the air test done to find the leak. I reluctantly said yes but man was I ever happy when he said this will only cost you half of what the other guy quoted. Juan went in elbow deep and found the tiny pinhole that was definitely not under the foundation. They were able to cut away the old pipe, solder on some new and clean copper piping and I was good to go. These guys did a fantastic job! Would highly recommend.

They will not tell you in advance what they charge for simple tasks such as unclogging a sink. They will charge a $109 diagnostic fee which is non-refundable, before they tell you what the total charges will be.

The plumber tried to give a lot of negative possibilities just to replace a toilet. I knew that he was doing it so he could increase what they wanted to charge. I saw through the tactic, so I paid the 89.00 service fee and ended the appointment. I've had other plumbing work done and no one ever spoke to me like him. If you are looking to pay a fair price for plumbing work I don't recommend using this company. Follow up. I'm happy to say that I called a different licensed better business plumbing company They didn't use any scare tactics changed out my toilet and shut off valve for the price Staggs wanted to charge me just to change out my toilet. Buyer beware of this company!

Staggs was incredible. We needed all of the pipes in our home replaced and they were able to do it very quickly for a great value. They made sure we were completely satisfied and taken care of. I highly recommend their service.

Was quoted a pinhole leak in hot water manifold by another plumbing company at over $5000 dollars to repair. My insurance company recommended Staggs Plumbing to come out and double check the estimate. They repaired the issue in 45 minutes for $400! I can’t say enough good things about the fast and excellent service these guys did! If you are in need of a plumbing fix of any kind call Staggs Plumbing and they will get you fixed up fast and cheap! And they know what they’re doing so the work is done right. For those locally looking in the Dallas area for a plumbing company that is full service and top quality, this is the one. I never really leave reviews, but am taking time to write this because of the incredibly positive experience I have had with Staggs Plumbing. We have had several issues with our home in regard to gas and water leaks (think Tom Hanks and the movie, The Money Pit), and over the years have used a few different plumbers. We found ourselves facing a situation where the gas line to the house needed to be replaced and our normal group was unable to make us a priority to come out. Staggs was able to get people out almost immediately to start digging up the existing line; they worked through the weekend to get it replaced. They even worked with the local gas company on our behalf when there was debate on whether the gas should be turned back on - Matt from Staggs was on the phone with them, explaining the work done and even available to walk the local gas company through the work on site - which was done with top quality parts and labor. At the time, we also had a kitchen faucet that broke and due to old plumbing under the sink it needed a professional to install new quarter-turn valves, and Matt was available to install that while here (saved us on another service call to do that). Later, we had a leak in a shower and in a tub - Staggs fixed both, but turned out the piece in the tub that was replaced was slightly different than the one it needed. Matt was able to come out quickly, replace the part, and ensured it was all covered at no cost to us, because they stand by their work 100%. We have had other issues since, and Staggs Plumbing has been our go-to without hesitation. We are now looking to get a new house, and they will be who we call in the future. So, for what it is worth, Staggs the best plumbing company we have worked with by far and highly recommend them.

I spoke with Matt at Staggs plumbing to get a second quote on a slab leak repair. The unfortunate part is, I am a slave to whoever the homeowner wants to use and am currently unsure who ultimately will do the work.With that said, my experience with Staggs so far has been incredible. Matt is very knowledgeable, professional and one of the friendliest contractors with whom I have ever spoken.He has a thorough understanding of slab leaks, gave me worst-case scenario estimates (he obviously couldn't give a firm price without coming over and ding a full diagnostic/leak search). But, based upon the information I provided him, he was able to give me a very reasonable price for a multitude of options. (Reasonable based on other quotes I received)If I was the homeowner and the decision was mine, I would book the service immediately based upon my first interaction with Staggs.Every company should take a lesson from their playbook.I wasn't talked down to or made to feel like I was ignorant. Things were explained in clear terms, and I was left feeling well-informed and optimistic.In the end, it is up to the homeowner/landlord to secure a contractor and they may very well go with someone else. But, if it was my call, Staggs would get the job.Based upon reviews of their work, they aren't all talk either.I will gladly recommend this company to anyone. If you have plumbing issues, give them a call. Best customer service ever. Even while writing this, the home office for Staggs called to check in and follow up.

While the job took longer than expected, Matt made sure the team coming out the second day was clear on the plan and the job to be done.They were great to work with and openly communicated their findings along the way so I could learn more about the problem and about our pipe system’s layout. I had Nicholas and his assistant work on my master shower today and am very pleased. The hot water valve in my 1960s home was original and had deteriorated to where it was no longer shutting completely, causing a constant drip. I had previously talked to a plumber who had told me they’d have to tear into my wall and redo piping to fix the leak. Nick with Staggs quickly disassembled the valve, identified the problem (a worn rubber piece), called the plumbing supply store and had it replaced and back to new within an hour. I’m very pleased with the minimally invasive approach, the professionalism, and the prompt response. From scheduling to paying, everything went really well and I never once felt like I was being up-sold or misled. I’d very much recommend Staggs Plumbing to friends and family.

Juan and Jonathan were great! They were very professional, punctual and helpful with explaining what was going on with my plumbing issue. They did a great job fixing a clogged pipe and replacing a garden hose bib.

In December my wife and I had our hot water heater go out, and a group from Staggs came to replace it. Which seemed to go well enough at the time, but ever since our water bill has SKYROCKETED. The first month we chalked it up to a strange coincidence since it wasn’t a full month and a few hundred over. But the month after that our bill was well over $1000. Turns out we have had some sort of leak ever since that day slowly bleeding our wallets dry. Still don’t know what the leak is even after having a different plumbing group come to fix other pipes that burst in the winter storm (which I’m also mad at them for hot checking for more leaks on the meter but that’s a separate issue). It’s extremely frustrating to have expensive bills last month, even more expensive bills coming up, and still having no idea what’s wrong other than *just now* realizing that all of our problems trace back to the day that Staggs installed our new Tankless water heater.

They did a fantastic job! Matt came out soon after I called about having a broken spigot In my back yard. They were super professional, kind and fair on the price he also went above and beyond by answering and helping me with some other issues around the house I had concerns about. They didn't even bother to show up. Zero stars. We have called and gotten through at least 5 times today (been hung up on 4 other times) to get in touch with a plumber to get a better idea of ETA during our ridiculously vague 8am-4pm arrival window. We have waited ALL DAY and no one came. The owner has been forwarding all calls to the receptionist, who is of no help whatsoever - apparently she doesn't work in the office and has no insight into scheduling and no interaction with the plumbers.Stay away from this company. Do not recommend.

I appreciate them honoring the price quote even though there was more work than anticipated.I'm concerned about the heating element in the new water heater purchased through y'all being broken, and that the unit was a year old. However, it works now and I hope nothing else breaks on it anytime soon. Thanks for working with me! I'll be using y'all again.

Matt ( the owners son) and another technician came and they said they had to test to see where the water was leaking from in the front yard. It was just dripping and not gushing out and running.now after they are done with the testing the water is really running. Their estimate was too high for me and I thought I had enough time to get a couple of more estimates. Now this has become an emergency leak and thanks to them and their unprofessional conduct I have to pay high to repair this as an emergency. Run away from this company.

Giving 2 stars instead of 1 for the ease of scheduling and convenience of text alerts when they are on their way. We had Staggs out to diagnose and provide an estimate for a leak in our front yard causing a minor flood. They told us it would be $3800 to replace the main line from the water meter to our house, which is what they confidently told us the problem was. They did no digging to find the actual source. My husband decided to dig for himself and found the leak was a buried drip line which we were able to fix ourselves for a few bucks. If we had trusted them, we would be out several thousand dollars for no reason.

The folks at Stagg's Plumbing are the BEST! If you are looking for a plumber that treats you like family, look no further!We had a foundation leak and Stagg's came out right away to get it under control. Not only were they honest and professional, they also know what they are doing. Matt and his team kept us in mind as they jack-hammered our living room floor (as I worked from home), pulled out the hot-water heater and maneuvered through our underground pipes. They worked with us to ensure there was little to no dust, minimal noise distractions and put everything back where it belonged. Honestly, it looks better than it ever did. They took on the task of pulling permits and working quickly to get our water restored and working again.Their customer service and expertise is 5 stars; higher if there was one! I will give credit to the company for coming out in the rain, but they missed a massive leak in the front yard (2300 gallons a day) then gave me a nearly 9k quote to fix a slab leak in my foundation. Slab leak may have never existed but i will never know. Had all of my fresh water lines rerouted through the attic for less than their quote to fix 1 leak. After having all ny lines rerouted i had to have my service line replaced. I would never recommend this company.

Technician was very courteous, answered any and all questions and concerns I had. Took the time to explain what was happening and how repairs would be made. The quote was fair and saved me over $3,000 from a previous qoute and Plumbing company that I felt uncomfortable using. Also affordable financing was provided. The work provided was fast and passed city inspection.I would refer Staggs Plumbing to friends and family in need of plumbing services in a heartbeat.

Great service, friendly, and fair pricing!I found them through HomeAdvisor and came with a reasonable quote, they were prompt and walked us through the work that would be done.The project: We had to center our shower drain a few inches to fit a new shower pan(previously tiled). They completed the job within 2.5hrs!We were able to pay electronically which is convenient and they emailed me receipt for records.

$315 labor for 30 minutes of work on a garbage disposal replacement.Scheduling was easy enough, and communication was great. The tech was quick and friendly, and patiently answered my questions. I would have left 5 stars. However, my problem lies with the pricing and post-transaction customer service.They couldn't give me an estimate over the phone. Not even a ballpark guess. Okay, I'll figure it out, I thought. It can't be more than the price of the part and maybe $100 labor. If they're real proud of their work, it'll be $200 for labor and some sort of fee. I guess I'll wait and see. Not the most fair way of doing business, but I was in a hurry. First mistake.The tech pulled in front of the house at 9:55, and had departed by 10:35. That's 30 minutes of labor; 45 if he's working union hours. The part is $109 at most stores. It wasn't until I asked the tech (during installation) that he told me it would be $425. This should have been shared up front, so I could tell him to take a hike. Well, my silly self paid it without asking questions on the spot. I should have known better; mistake #2.I received an emailed invoice with only the total cost, after I had paid the tech. I emailed the office for a breakdown of parts, fees, and labor. After 5 hours I received no response. I called, and was told they could not break it down. After insisting they find the parts vs labor costs I received a call-back telling me it's a flat fee, and if I was told the pricing before I paid there was nothing they would do. I'm thinking, if it's a flat-rate I should have had an estimate when I scheduled, and I should have been told before he got to work. The tone of finality by the lady answering the phone signaled that she could not help, even if she had tried.This is poor customer retention. I feel ripped off, my wife's mad at me for getting ripped off, and I know I won't be using this company for any more plumbing needs. A little bit of explanation and understanding would go a long way to keep customers happy and returning. If you feel $315 in labor is fair, then ignore my review.I am open to contact with this business to resolve this issue.

Had an after hours Saturday evening major leak. Made numerous calls to after hour plumbers, Skaggs plumbing was only ones that called back. Gave me immediate advice, no push to take a charge for coming out or for the advice. With immediate problem solved, and offered for them to come correct the problem, they said they could do the work, however they suggested I call more specialized providers. Totally appreciate the honesty and advice during a hectic time!

Well, they made it painless.The details of the work and prices were discussed upfront, so no gotcha pricing as is all too common. Very transparent! The team was (presentation) professional, friendly, & very informative, and (effectiveness) skilled, kept the work site spotless, wore booties, did a great repair, and were very quick (not hasty or rushed, just good workers). They kept me informed on scheduling throughout the window, and arrived right on time.Top Flight Service. If you are looking for a company to treat you well, respect your property, and earn your money as honestly as you did, call them.Work done: replace broken shutoff valves in the kitchen.The important part of most reviews: I wouldn't hesitate to call them again!

A big thank you to the Stagg team. We woke up one morning to find the kitchen tile was very warm. Turns out we had a slab leak. We researched many plumbers online and came across Staggs. They seemed to have very good reviews so we made an appointment. Matt and Junior arrived as scheduled and were very knowledgeable about our problem. Randy stopped by afterwards to follow up. They knew exactly what to do and performed a hydro-static pressure test. They found a water leak on the hot water system. They answered all of our questions so we set up an appointment. They were very kind to schedule the next day after Christmas. They immediately got to work and fixed the leak. They were professionals in every step of the process and they cleaned up everything before they left. We highly recommend them!

We called with tankless water heater problem and they came out promptly and fixed it. 3 months later we had problems again. Derek, same tech, came out same day and explained what was wrong this time and cleaned/fixed problem. We will go with annual service as they recommended. Absolutely outstanding company. Outstanding customer service, quick response, and great prices.I was terrified of calling a plumber for fear of getting charged $1000 for a 10 minute inspection.Not only was it not $1000, it SHOULD have been over $500, but they only charged us $250 to inspect our WHOLE HOUSE with their fancy camera equipment, crawl around and check everything, in addition to fixing the original reason for the call (a blocked up sink). We need to have some stuff replaced, but they're working with our insurance company to get it all covered.Josh was a GREAT plumber, and if we ever need anything in the future, we'll be calling them as soon as possible. The only reason they have 5/5 stars, is because i cant give them 10/10.

Randy worked on our problem. He had the problem diagnosed within 5 minutes, and had it fixed within 45 minutes, which included a trip to his plumbing supply store in order to get a part! I am very satisfied with Staggs Plumbing and would not hesitate to call them out again!!

Hands down the BEST experience I have ever had with a plumber. I live in Frisco and was using a general contractor to do a remodel on our master bathroom, a huge remodel to be honest, everything looked great and we were so happy with our new walkin shower until a pipe broke/cracked and water was spewing everywhere :-/ we called a half dozen plumbers in Frisco but all we got was answering machines and/or they couldnt come out until days later..so we ended up finding a plano plumber, Staggs Plumbing and boy were we glad we did. They sent over a master plumber who quickly disgnosed and then fixed our problem!! They arrived at our house in a little under 2 hours!! I have used Staggs Plumbing for several jobs in my home, including installing a tankless water heater. Today, they replaced a leaking outdoor faucet. The work was scheduled for the next day after I called, and it was done quickly for a reasonable price. I am very happy with Staggs and will be a customer for life.

Called Staggs yesterday for an appt today. A person actually answered the phone. Jeff alerted me that he was on his way which was helpful. He quickly diagnosed a simple problem that had been misdiagnosed by another company. He and his partner were courteous, thorough and very professional. They did not rush through the job and made extra sure my leaks were fixed before they left.I stongly recommend Staggs for prompt response, quality repairs and total professionalism.

Everyone was very professional and did their best to accommodate any requests we had. They can in to fix a leaky kitchen sink and ended up helping us with 2 faucets, our tub, and a toilet handle. April and Nick were awesome!

I had Staggs come out last week as my faucet was loose on my kitchen sink. My wife had to buy the part which is fine, however we were charged 275.00 to put the faucet on.. I reached out to Ruth, who is a nice lady but still has not given me a straight answer, how did you calculate a 275.00 charge for such a simple service. I have called 2x and emailed multiple times. Ruth did respond and said that is what other companies charge for that service.. that is NOT an answer!!!!! I emailed Ruth the day before Thanksgiving and she responded stating they were closing down early because of the holiday and she would respond to me on Friday. No call, no email. I was told there was a 75.00 trip charge and if we use their service, the 75.00 charge would be applied to the balance, so why was I charged 275.00 and not 200.00... I have not heard back from them so I don't know. Shop around before calling them as it seems they pretty much charge whatever they want without explanation as to why. If they would just communicate with me, I would not have given 1 star rating.

Superb plumbing service by Derek W. Identified problem quickly. What we thought was small outdoor water leak turned into a bigger problem. $2.6k + 5 yr warranty for waterline replacement--expensive but necessary and recommended by Derek. Only hiccups were suffering one night without water and no scheduled time notifications for digging/backfilling teams. Prompted me to call the office 3-4 times and ended up talking to the owner/founder (Randy) for exact time for backfilling our trench.Anyway, good company--loved their online scheduling and overall service. I will be a repeat customer.

Faucet burst outside due to cold weather. Called, they came, and within the hour it was fixed. Here in a flash for an emergency, reasonably priced, friendly. I cannot overstate how awesome this company is. The second time they’ve gotten me out of a pinch in the past few years. Best plumbers ever!

Very expensive. $395 for an outdoor leaky faucet which could have been fixed with washer replacement. Never use them again. But they do answer the phone, which is more than I can say about some others.Added 11 hours later after reading response from owner (who was not there, and neither was I). We are all busy people and yes, I did authorize the work. And I did inspect the old part afterwards. All valves are designed to eventually leak and be repaired. When it leaks from the orifice, either the gasket material is damaged or the metal surface is damaged. This cannot be assessed just by looking at it especially 15 feet away. The correct diagnostic procedure would have been to replace the gasket and see whether that stopped the leak. If it did not, then you replace the valve. Replacing the entire valve is much more expensive and exposes the exterior wall to potential damage. In hindsight, I regret authorizing the work and just paid him for the visit.

Our situation wasn't urgent, but a real person answered the phone at 11:15 pm; impressive! David explained and fixed our issues the next morning in around 2 hours, which included a trip to the plumbing supply for Valley parts. We're quite satisfied!

Had a leaking faucet, was something that I thought would be pretty simple. Of course I was wrong. Staggs took the time to call the manufacturer on my behalf, and get replacement parts under warranty! Would have never thought to do this. Not only did I get the replacement parts to stop the leaking, but got a new sprayer because this was also worn out. Would definitely recommend Staggs plumbing! Junior and Matt came out to fix my faucet that had no pressure and replaced it with a very nice new one. They also flushed my hot water heater. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and fixed every thing they were asked to. Great service!

My water heater went out and I called another company that was going to charge me double of what Staggs Plumbing charged me. They came out the same day and replaced my water heater right away. They are very friendly and professional. I can not say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend them!!!!

Staggs installed new water heater and emergency water leak sensor about 2 months ago. Tuesday morning we woke up to no hot water pressure, no hot showers, etc. Serviceman could not explain why sensor shut off hot water. It is not because of electric power outage. We hqave had power outages since installation with no problems with the water heater. Why is sensor shutting off hot water pressure needlessly? Faulty equipment? Faulty installation? Why wasn't batteries instaled at installation if that is the backuo system as stated by the serviceman? Disappointed in Staggs. Bob Pine

We came back after being out of town for the weekend, and our basement had at least 1 inch of standing water. It was everywhere, I assumed the worst, and called Staggs Plumbing to come to the rescue. Randy showed up with a smile on his face and comforted us as he went to work. It turns out we had a pipe burst. Randy was great to work with, and we felt he was very fair with his fees. The best part is no more leaky pipes! Thank you, Randy!

Overpriced services. they hold you hostage by charging 100 dollars just to come out. Then telling you it will cost 375 to do a 15 min job

Horrible service. Technician said he would run a snake for a stoppage and not charge for it. After failing to relieve the stoppage he claims boss man says I have to charge and bills me $289. Said he can come back the next day for a new attempt at clearing the line for $550 plus a $350 camera fee. Now I'm out $289 and still have a stoppage. I will not use this service again.

My water heater was not working and I called them. The technicians came fast and solved my problem very quickly. they also helped to check out any other potential issues and gave me good suggestions. Very professional and very nice!
