Jay was able to extract a failed Moen Posi-temp valve cartridge from our daughter's shower that another plumbing company was unable to remove. It had locked up likely from mineral deposits. He replaced the valve cartridge with a new one and was done. The other company had given up on just replacing the cartridge (a $50 part) and said we would have to remove the tile and cement board surrounding the rough-in valve and replace the entire valve (a $120 part). Jay saved us the cost of the rough-in valve replacement (extra labor and part cost) and removing and replacing the tile, let alone the mess and hassle that the tile removal and repair would have created. Was in a bind, needed same day work. They came out within 4 hours when every shop in town said they were 3 days out. Showed up with everything ready, even called in a second team to make the job go faster. Everything was installed smoothly and they took special care to make sure my house was vacuumed and swept before leaving. Highly recommend.

Maybe this will explain it !! Beware of price gouging from this company. Over a two-day period, which only amounted to around 45 minutes (if that) of actual labor we were charge $1240.58. All they did was snake a camera through a drain pipe for underground mapping purposes. No sewage, no clogs, just running a camera through an old drain pipe. The camera could only snake up to 150 feet of the drain pipe, so the technician could not go any further. At this point it was almost dark and we needed to open the area where he stopped so he could continue to snake the rest of the pipe. The technician at that time instructed us that if we needed his help once we got it open to give him a call and he would take care of us. The charge for his visit that day was $595.72 for 30 minutes of labor. The very next day we called into their call center to request the same technician to come back out. We stated then that we could not pay that price again and needed the same technician to come back out to finish the job. They said they would have the same technician give us a call since we wanted him instead of a different technician. We never received that call and they sent a different technician out which only worked 15 minutes of labor and charged us $644.86 which was more than the previous visit. Small businesses beware! This company will gouge you!!

Dan and RC Pros have been amazing. They repaired our sewer line and then a few months later it backed up again. Dan came out right away, inspected the line after hydrojetting it with the camera and noticed that the city side sewer has a break in it.Extremely pleased with there service and the work performed. We are now working with the city to have its line fixed and replaced so we can have both sides joined together working properly.

Once I decided it was time, they engaged in the sales process, and it was never pushy or unpleasant. They let me know when there were discounts available which ultimately triggered our purchase.The installation went well and they left the house pretty much as they found it. I also feel the price point was good compared to other companies I talked with.
