Best Install Water Fixtures in Dallas TX

We had a leak in our ceiling and water running down the walls and bubbling the paint. Slate Plumbing was able to come out same day and take care of the problem. Moises did a fantastic job. He made sure he did the job right, provided insight into what what happened and why, and was always ready to answer questions. He explained everything that he was going to do and gave an estimate before he performed the work. Slate also put us in contact with a Water Mitigation company to stay on top of things and guide us though getting our house back in order. Moises offered top-notch customer service and professionalism. He also found several other minor issues with the plumbing and corrected them before they became problems. We are so glad that we were able to get service from Slate Plumbing.

I highly recommend this company and location! Very professional, knowledgeable, and fantastic pricing! Also, I had the pleasure of speaking with Sophia, the customer service representative prior to my awesome service she was friendly and very professional! I will definitely contact this company again for any future plumbing.

I highly recommend Pure Plumbing. They were prompt, professional and efficient. I was super-impressed with our rep Eric C. He was friendly, explained issues upfront and completed the job the same day. We were very happy with the service and will use them again in the future.

Similar to other reviews on this company, they came to our house and charged us $70 to give us a ridiculous quote for a water heater replacement. I was able to go to another licensed/bonded plumber and ended up getting the exact same water heaters replaced for approximately $1,000 less than what they quoted. Based on my experience, do not use this company. I will re-post to let you know if this company refunds my $70 when the check clears. You should also look at their ratings on consumer affairs or BBB.

I couldn't give this review on Angie's List, so I'm giving it here. Basically, I had a toilet problem that I attempted to solve on my own and couldn't. I requested a plumber and Atlas Plumbing gave me a call. Not only did they give me extremely helpful advice during the 10 min call, but it was free.Clearly, this business is extremely professional, and they care more about doing good work than milking you for every dollar. Would recommend.

Chris was the plumber who handled our issue; here has been to our house a few times before. Capable, polite, knowledgeable, and quick. We always call you guys first.

Chris was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!! So so so sweet to my mother who has dementia and (was a little in the way) along with her 80 pound labradoodle Lexie. Both pictured below. Milestone always has the best service and the nicest technicians but I would say Chris is my favorite!!!!!!! :D

I had a great experience with FTR Service Company when they came to repair my bathtub. They were efficient and professional, and the bathtub looks good as new.

I called and the owner answered quickly. He was professional and attentive. A plumber, Louis, was available to come out same day. He was very professional as well as he answered all of my questions.

As a result of the winter storm that hit Texas in February 2021, I had a busted pipe in my house. This company happened to be helping my neighbor. I asked him if he can fix it and he said yes for $370.He came in and within 4 minutes he was done. He simply cut the pipe and capped it. He believed he was done. I said, it’s not fixed. I agreed to $370 for you to fix not cap it. He started getting louder and bragged how he charged the elderly all day that amount! I tried to reason with him that I agreed to that amount for it to be fixed. He got more aggressive, louder and threatened to sew me. I have children in the house and they could hear everything. I finally agreed to pay $250. I have worked with top New York City Attorneys and I assure you, they did not charge $250 for 4 minutes of their time. I am writing this review to inform you of the type of morals and character this company has, taking advantage of Texas in a time of disaster.

Quote was $349 to clean drain clog from tub. Said only way to fix it. Done for last 3 years from outside clean out with no useless Said to much. Then lowered t9 250, then 200. Rip-off. Did not use.

The entire staff at Total Plumbing was courteous, professional & respectful. The tech was helpful & pleasant. I asked alot of questions & each one was answered honestly, including an answer of I don't know, let me find out. I will highly recommend this company to anyone!
