called their emergency number during the holidays, after hours. their phone service seems pretty professional as it gets you to an operator that helps get the information for the service. the operator contacted the on call service tech and he called within 30 min. Came right out to our house and helped us with our sewer stoppage issue. Wade was super nice very professional. Since it was during the holidays after hours, we felt pretty bad but he was really nice and made the whole process really easy.

Service was as expected and professional, but bait and switch pricing was not appreciated. Service too expensive for the work done, and flat job estimating fee not part of final bill ,as expected.

Sarahwas excellent. She went over everything she was going to before starting to confirm the work order she was given. When finished she went over what she did and indicated where it was on the invoice. She found a discount that she did not see initially. An all round good experience. This place makes your worries go away. We had a lot of problems when we bought out new house in Dallas. They work as if they are friends and family coming to help with your heating and cooling. Horacio was very professional and made sure to correct all of our issues when doing our tune up that came with our service contract. I highly recommend them.
