We have an annual maintenance contract with Dial One which is well worth the money since we need to have our water heater flushed annually. The young man who came today, Michael Young, was wonderful.

Armando and Marcus came out and they were very patient and nice. They took the time to explain everything before working on the draining issue I had. I had a hot water line leaking underneath my home. Called Herndon McFarland and spoke to Lee McFarland. He was able to schedule me quickly to start the repair process. Patrick and Shawn made the repair and were extremely professional, polite and on time with each visit. Cannot say enough nice things about this company. Also have to give a credit to Decota who works in their office. She has also been very polite and helpful. Highly recommend, will never use another plumbing company.

Although we have used Casa View for ordinary plumbing and been a happy customer for many years, we didn't realize they were capable of completing a major project replacing the old cast iron drains in our 50 year old home. But they did a great job, coordinated their work with an ongoing bathroom remodel and minimized downtime to about a half day. They explain things clearly, are professional and work hard to make things right. We appreciate their help.

Jeff did our drain line. He takes real pride in his work, was extremely diligent, and his price was extremely fair.He works largely by himself, but works long days. Every bit of the work is done by master hands. Our job ended up being harder than expected (rock, old poured concrete, etc.). He was a great sport about it.Would absolutely hire him again.
