Best Hot Water Heater in Dallas TX

I normally do not write reviews, but...I was quoted $89 over the phone for a drain clog. They said if it's a quick fix, that's the total cost. They came in, fixed it in 10 minutes, and handed me an invoice for $240. When I asked, they replied oh it's usually double that.I do not recommend this company

Had Jose give me a quote to replace a hose bib. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Great service. The plumbers came on time as they had promised. Just a great experience working with these gentlemen who were highly skilled and very knowledgeable.

Bad people try cheating on job. Just 10 minutes job done 3 days after that clog again call them back they said not warranty on job because I didn’t choose camera run. Very bad customer service lady so rude. Try steal money from other people bad business. Don’t use them

Called Mr. Rooter to snake a shower drain that was draining slowly. Tech arrived and were very polite and professional they quoted a price of $245 for a 15 min job. I asked if that included the 25 percent discount that is listed in the ad. They said his store doesn’t honor those coupons. I called the store and spoke with Tom who said they don’t honor any coupons. I asked why it was on their ad. He said it’s not on the ad. He said they are to busy to offer discounts. Basically accusing me of lying. I told the techs about the conversation and the tech asked to see the coupon which I showed him. Don’t waste your time or money with this company. If they are not going to honor coupons they shouldn’t have it on the ad they should tell people when they are scheduling the appointment that they do not offer discounts or honor any coupons.

We sent in a few pics and had a quick chat and got an estimate the same day. 3 days later we are all done. Many hours less than what we imagined Sonny and the whole gang are great!

Herndon McFarland was recommended to us via our insurance company. They completely replaced our entire sewage system under our slab foundation. They made quick work of the laborious project, took a lot of time to walk us through the process and options as more things popped up through the project, worked well with our insurance company, completed the work skillfully with neat cleanup after, were polite and always took their shoes off when they came into our house to keep it clean. We had an issue with our air conditioner’s plumbing and were without air at the start of the long 4th of July weekend. Justin rushed out to fix it in time to bypass the holiday rate up charge. He was extremely professional and did an excellent job. We recommend him highly.

Jeff and his helper Chan recently installed two water heaters and I can't say enough good things about this experience. First, I liked the fact they are insured - it costs the business more but it protects the customer. I'm very happy with the quality of the product, totally professional installation - they were very nice people and I felt comfortable having them in my home. I was surprised at the price compared to two other estimates I received. I highly recommend A1 Professional Plumbing!

A tankless water heater was purchased from 3G Plumbing and installed by them. The water heater failed city inspection 3 times before approval by the inspector. The inspection required a larger gas meter, several gas regulators, and exhaust vent pipe none of which was initially installed by 3G Plumbing. I later had performance issues with my water heater. In my telephone conversation with the manufacturer I was informed that 3G Plumbing did not install an air intake pipe for venting outside which was the causing the performance issue. The manufacturer would not honor the equipment warranty until the pipe was installed. I contacted a qualified plumbing company that agreed with the manufacturer and made the necessary equipment correction per the installation instructions. Buyer beware. Do not use 3G Plumbing for water heater installation.

I had a small water leak hidden inside wall. Called a lot of companies, and they were either unable to determine the leak, or too afraid to cut the drywall. but Pipeline Leak Detection Dallas TX's people came, located the leak, cut the wall, and repaired the damaged pipe. They were very professional and they got the job done in time.
