I received excellent service from Slate. They went above and beyond to help with my backed up drain lines. Everyone involved was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I especially appreciate Danny, who gave me several options and explained each one thoroughly. I will definitely be using them again.

I can’t say enough great things about my recent experience this week. Our less than 15 month old tankless water heater had a random part break. We are a family of 7 with 5 small kids. It went out Sunday evening. Had to resort to heating pots of waters for kids baths. We also have two family members in treatment for cancer. Being clean is a huge priority. They came out Monday quickly diagnosed. Called the manufacturer got the part (Under warranty) expedited for next day and we had hot water and baths again Tuesday evening. They adhered to best practices for COVID and did it with a smile on their face. Truly A+!!!!!!
