We had a late night emergency with clogged sewer main. Jacob was a consummate pro and made a house call at midnight. The next day he and Marcos were in an 8 foot trench and worked to replace a broken cleanout and sewer connection, getting us back on our feet fast. Cant thank Pure Plumbing enough.Jacob was also courteous, patient, and kind when explaining. He never had issues showing evidence of work needed and gave us several options to fix the problem. Repaired 2 slab leaks a couple years ago. Rerouted hot lines to attic.So another leak showed up 2 days ago. Tried to call... number not good anymore. So called new plumber. They are repairing cold line leak. Will reroute cold lines in attic. Well, Phantom Plumbing did not finish their work 2 years ago. Discovered they did not pull required permit, did not insulate lines in attic or clamp down. I see now why they are out of business. Disappointed in Ricky Naidoo the past owner of Phantom Plumbing. I can’t say enough great things about my recent experience this week. Our less than 15 month old tankless water heater had a random part break. We are a family of 7 with 5 small kids. It went out Sunday evening. Had to resort to heating pots of waters for kids baths. We also have two family members in treatment for cancer. Being clean is a huge priority. They came out Monday quickly diagnosed. Called the manufacturer got the part (Under warranty) expedited for next day and we had hot water and baths again Tuesday evening. They adhered to best practices for COVID and did it with a smile on their face. Truly A+!!!!!!

Evan, with Total Plumbing, is great! He's come out a couple of times for various things, and he's been incredibly professional and friendly. He was quick to come out and on time (actually called to see if he could come a few minutes earlier than the scheduled time). I liked the services enough to sign up for the company's membership and will definitely be using them again.
