Slate plumbing did an absolutely fabulous job for me recently. Like so many we were impacted by the big winter storm and slate plumbing was able to get us put back together very promptly and with fantastic customer service. Thanks Slate!!

I have used One Source Plumbing for several years and have always been pleased with the work. They always explain what they will be doing and never try to oversell service. They do a great job at a reasonable price.

My pipe busted. When I called they were prompt in setting up an appointment with a 2hr window. No waiting all day wondering when they will show up.Uriel and Marcos (my technicians) even called 30mins beforehand. Uriel and Marcos were both polite, professional and helpful. I appreciated them checking out the plumbing in the other flooded areas in my house.They did an awesome job. I will definitely refer Pure plumbing to my friends.

The Milestone staff were great from the moment Ocie answered the phone and walked me through scheduling an appointment to Kenneth inspecting the furnace, electrical panel and wiring and getting my heat back on. Excellent team all the way around. I am very happy with the service. Highly recommend.

During the storm we had a pipe burst in the laundry room on Wednesday leaving us without water. We scheduled Plumbing 101 for Friday afternoon but they didn't come. We followed up that afternoon with a call and found out they had the wrong phone number and had been in our neighborhood the day before and tried to reach us. Joe felt bad about the miscommunication and made a special trip and came Friday night. He did the repairs professionally, was not high priced, and offered a discount due to the mistake. I would recommend them and plan on calling them back for another issue we are having unrelated to the storm.

Just moved to the area and he was the local plumber , I asked him to moved a water line for me, didn't say how much, just came in did the work.I then asked him back over about 8-9 months after that to bid on new work, he looked over it and said he would send an estimate. Don still hasn't sent the estimate, but did send the invoice for the work done 9 months ago! For $300 not itemized , seems like a lot to me and couldn't even both to send a bid for the other work I asked him to do. I've had the bill for 30-45 days after receiving invoice and we hadn't gotten around to sending it and while we were out Don comes over demanding payment from my mom-in-law or he would take us to court. I'm sure his plumbing work is good, but get the price up front! I really don't care for how Don runs his business and quite rude.

Sam is exceptionally good at his work. I will trust Sam any day with our plumbing related issues than any one else. It’s his knowledge and his honesty I like the most.

Phantom plumbing is the best. On time, professional service, quality work in the most cost effective manner. Now I know whom to call for my Plumbing needs!!

We have benefited from C and C's Service twice. Both times the young men who came were courteous and the work was accomplished quickly and well. The last time, I forgot something that I wanted to have done. The fellows already had driven away. I called, and in a matter of minutes they returned and soon had my extra done--at NO extra charge. I also appreciated their advice regarding a future plumbing need which we have. When we are ready to have that done, we will be calling C and C again.

Jimmie was not only a friendly service person but a very professional individual always cordial and polite. He immediately was able to determine the issue with my water heater and with confidence. I like the way he was considerate to ask what needs I had before he began his worked. He made sure that anything I needed to know I knew before I made any decisions regarding my water heater.Finally, Jimmie was a good listener and did what he could to assist me in everyway so that I was able to get this big repair done. I would most definitely recommend him for future repair service call. As a teacher I give Jimmie an A+ !

There is nothing fun or inexpensive about an under slab water leak. Total Plumbing was recommended by us from another plumber that couldn’t get to us for at least two weeks.Total Plumbing came out the next day to detect the leak and the next day to repair it. Every person was very professional and demonstrated great expertise. Highly recommend Total Plumbing.

Was referred to them by my warranty company. Never returned phone calls or kept appointments as promised. Would not recommend at all. Horrible experience after many promises not kept.
