After getting a new gas meter, a gas leak was detected. I needed to have someone out to find the leak and repair as soon as possible to have the gas reconnected. Once Source Plumbing came out the same day, found the leak, repaired it and I was able to get my gas turned on that night. The cost was a fraction of what was quoted to me by another company. The technician was very helpful, professional, informative and respectful to my property.

Our water bill had more than doubled and we called HC Edwards Plumbing who was able to work us in right away and detected a leaking under our foundation that was causing high water bills. They were able to fix problem, which was extensive withing the next couple of days. They explained and showed us the process of the work and were very professional. With water overflowing and sewage draining in my shower late at night on a Sunday, Matthew showed up. He was very professional and worked to get my sewerage draining and toilet fixed. After wringing out towels and pouring buckets of water out all day, he was truly the right plumber sent at the right time.

Needed a Gas Line added to the kitchen. I was presented with a couple of options, and we looked at them both. The construction of the house precluded the interior extension - it would have required extensive renovation at a considerable expense. We chose the exterior route, knowing that it would involve excavation of a trench. The price was very fair, and in line with other quotes we received. I was very impressed that I received confirmation from the owner, and the work that was done was excellent. Super impressive!

We have been a customer of Walker for more than 5 years. However, our last experience was very frustrating. We've tried to resolve for almost 2 months. We haven't received a call back in almost a month now and other HVAC companies have the part we need and can install. Walker claims the part it no longer made by Carrier. Which I've verified with Carrier it is. Have to spoke to head of parts, who has not called me back in 1 month and left 4 messages for head of customer service with no call back. Instead of having part covered under warranty by Walker, we now have to pay full price with another company. Walker even installed our system in 2016.

Thanks to DAZ plumbing assess the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. Also the customer service rep and owner was nice and professional upon following up for feedback.

Repaired 2 slab leaks a couple years ago. Rerouted hot lines to attic.So another leak showed up 2 days ago. Tried to call... number not good anymore. So called new plumber. They are repairing cold line leak. Will reroute cold lines in attic. Well, Phantom Plumbing did not finish their work 2 years ago. Discovered they did not pull required permit, did not insulate lines in attic or clamp down. I see now why they are out of business. Disappointed in Ricky Naidoo the past owner of Phantom Plumbing. Dishonest...

They did a full sewer replacement gave me a bid and it was done within a week and a half! Highly recommend these guys for any of your sewer replacement problems!

I went to home depot and they gave me a long list of what they will work on, on my AC units but the technician came and did 2 things and gave excuses. Don't waste ur money

I had a small water leak hidden inside wall. Called a lot of companies, and they were either unable to determine the leak, or too afraid to cut the drywall. but Pipeline Leak Detection Dallas TX's people came, located the leak, cut the wall, and repaired the damaged pipe. They were very professional and they got the job done in time.

Got back to us quickly and got an appointment the same day. Thought we had a leak. Never found a leak after everything was carefully checked. They didn't pressure us into anything we definitely did not need. We (an Marco) think the front load washer has an issue.
