Allan was very professional and called ahead to make sure I could be available for his visit. despite me not being there when they arrived, and leaving before they handed me the invoice, and also getting blue on them because i didnt know that toilet tabs are bad for toilets, i got top notch service from these guys really professional, let us know about an hvac problem and recommended a great hvac person who came over did the procedure and left with no runaround. they had parts on hand they needed to replace and they came all the way out to carrolltonthey were a rec from an architect friend and i would def rec them to you!

Joseph said I had a drain pipe that needed repair in the front yard. The job was supposed to take 3 days. I paid half down, and the next day they dug a hole. It has since been a week of excuses, no shows, and unanswered calls/texts. I am left with a hole, a large section of grass that will be dead from the smothering, and now must find another plumber to complete the job. I'm out $1400 plus damages to my lawn.I have all the calls and texts to back my claims. BEWARE!

As a result of the winter storm that hit Texas in February 2021, I had a busted pipe in my house. This company happened to be helping my neighbor. I asked him if he can fix it and he said yes for $370.He came in and within 4 minutes he was done. He simply cut the pipe and capped it. He believed he was done. I said, it’s not fixed. I agreed to $370 for you to fix not cap it. He started getting louder and bragged how he charged the elderly all day that amount! I tried to reason with him that I agreed to that amount for it to be fixed. He got more aggressive, louder and threatened to sew me. I have children in the house and they could hear everything. I finally agreed to pay $250. I have worked with top New York City Attorneys and I assure you, they did not charge $250 for 4 minutes of their time. I am writing this review to inform you of the type of morals and character this company has, taking advantage of Texas in a time of disaster.

Phantom Plumbing was outstanding. They came to fix a broken pipe in my home the same day I called. The service was speedy and professional. The price was fair, and they didn't leave until I was satisfied. They sent me an electronic invoice and I easily paid by credit card. I would definitely use them again.

Quick and responsive. Dispatch was not the best at communicating the actual problem to the plumber, but the guy they sent was great and got the problem figured out + fixed sameday.

We have benefited from C and C's Service twice. Both times the young men who came were courteous and the work was accomplished quickly and well. The last time, I forgot something that I wanted to have done. The fellows already had driven away. I called, and in a matter of minutes they returned and soon had my extra done--at NO extra charge. I also appreciated their advice regarding a future plumbing need which we have. When we are ready to have that done, we will be calling C and C again.
