I am a first time customer and was literally blown away with the exceptional service I received from One Source Plumbing. Danny was my plumber. He was kind, courteous, polite, respectful and knowledgeable. He went right to the source of problem and was done within 30 minutes. The price for repairs was quite reasonable! I feel this company was referred to me by GOD himself. I have deleted every plumber from my list of contacts as I will never call another. This is the best company I have ever worked with. Their workers were always on time, very courteous and professional and always treated our home like their own. They had to do a lot of digging up on our foundation in order to repair our sewer lines which were very broken up due to age. They did a great job putting plastic up to minimize the dust thru out our home. The wore plastic on their shoes and even laid down cloth on the floors so they wouldn't get scratched. They cleaned up every day when they were ready to leave. Made sure the holes in the floor were covered up with plywood so we wouldn't fall in, etc. Once they were finished with the job they were kind enough to wait until we had repaired the tile flooring in our bathroom before putting in our toilet. When the job was done they hauled off all the old pipes, and made sure everything was nice a tidy.I just can't say enough good about this company. I highly recommend them. They are trustworthy and professional.We will always use them when we have a plumbing issue.

Old smoke detectors were replaced and outlets made tocode in the kitchen. Our serviceman, Grant Hunter, was outstanding both personable and knowldgeable. We had a lot if questions about the smokealarms we were having replaced. He made us aware of the products and options. The install was timely and faster than expected. Great job.

They did a full sewer replacement gave me a bid and it was done within a week and a half! Highly recommend these guys for any of your sewer replacement problems!

Up to this last visit, they have been great. However, on this last visit to replace a hot water heater, I was BLATANTLY LIED TO by one of their employee's (Miles) to cover up his laziness or incompetence or both. This is in addition to the needless damage they did to my house in the process.If that is the caliber of employee they are hiring, I want NOTHING to do with them. They were our go to. Now I don't want them anywhere near my house. What else have they lied about?
