Cleared the line and I'm satisfied. Thank you kevin and Blake and to the young lady whom called me back the next day just to make sure I got someone to help me with my plumbing issue. Took him about 30 minutes to unclog the drain and replace a drain plug (which I had on hand). He charges $375 to unclog any drain he said. $492 dollars was my total. Seems expensive.

Repaired 2 slab leaks a couple years ago. Rerouted hot lines to attic.So another leak showed up 2 days ago. Tried to call... number not good anymore. So called new plumber. They are repairing cold line leak. Will reroute cold lines in attic. Well, Phantom Plumbing did not finish their work 2 years ago. Discovered they did not pull required permit, did not insulate lines in attic or clamp down. I see now why they are out of business. Disappointed in Ricky Naidoo the past owner of Phantom Plumbing. Called ARS and asked how much an estimate would be to solve a sewage odor issue at my office. They told me the estimate would be free, so we had a plumber come and take a look. He didn't want to actually look at the roof vent pipes, which were causing the problem. He quoted us an amount for repairs ($150/hour + materials). We asked him to come the next day. When he arrived, he proceeded to do another estimate, taking two hours, and charging us $150/hour for the estimate, even though we were told by the company that estimates were free. We found him cooling off in his car, without having started any work yet. At that point, we asked him to leave and paid him for his time, but feel definitely cheated. How can they stall for two hours, and pretend to draw up another estimate, and charge us for it as if they had done any work? Definitely do NOT recommend this company.
