I have been using Cody & Sons for HVAC maintenance since I bought my house. Every single technician is prompt, professional and extremely courteous.

I had a plumbing problem in our high-rise condo (which requires a greater deal of knowledge than a stand-alone residence). The problem had been complicated by a previous unsuccessful attempt to remedy it by someone else. Tribeca came the same day I called, and fixed the problem immediately, and an extremely fair price. GOOD JOB!Tribeca was called in for a significant problem at our business. Thank God for them. Speedy, thorough, and great price!!!!

Jordan did a good job repairing our sinks but sinks re stopped up. I informed Pure Plumbing of the problem at 8:30 pm.I told the lady who answered the phone about the problem. She said a plumber would be sent out tonight. I told her the repair could wait until morning. Lady said she was going to send plumber out tonight.Jordan came out and repaired the sinks. He was professional and competent. I’m impressed with the company. Good job!!

Not having enough experience with any plumbing company, I called Peerless Plumbing in Dallas. Very professional and helpful person answered the phone and said they could be out between 2pm and 4pm that day. The plumber arrived and identified why our toilet wasn't flushing. Provided us with various brands and options to replace the floater. We chose one that was not very expensive but reasonably durable. The plumber fixed everything and cleaned up very quickly. The best has happened and we are so happy to be back after two days without a toilet! Thanks Peerless Plumbing Company Dallas, you guys are great.
