The service I received today from Roto Rooter was excellent. The issue was a stopped up sewer line and was an emergency. The technicians were confidence builders from the moment they arrived at the property and quickly analyzed the problem and then solved it!

The process was simple and the technician was out quickly. I was notified of his arrival 15 minutes ahead of time. Once in site, he quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it.The technician Tony and Stephanie in the office, were consummate professionals. I would use One Source again!

I have used them a couple of times and am very impressed by their service. There is always someone answering the phone and they are on time. The best thing about them is that they do not charge you until they come out and review the need repairs. That allows me to make an accurate decision on whether or not to continue without a trip charge that kind of forces you to proceed because of the sunk cost.

Called for an emergency water leak repair on Easter Sunday. Daron was at the door 1 hour later. He was professional, courteous and did an impeccable job. I thought their rates were reasonable for an emergency call.

He diagnosed our problem quickly and got right to work fixing the problem. He explained what he was doing and was happy to answer all the other questions I asked. Great service. The first time they came, Robert, the technician realized we bought the wrong faucet style. Instead of charging us a trip fee, he just asked us to reschedule our appointment. When he came back for the actual install, he finished the work in less than 30 minutes and consulted on a few other minor plumbing issues all within the base fee. I hope I don’t need them again anytime soon, but they will be my go to plumbers from now on!
