He asked me to explain the problem he listened very carefully went outside to diagnose the problem gave me a price that was very reasonable fix the problem which was backed up pipes. They repaired a sewer line leak. The crew was clean and efficient. Their excavation crew had all the dirt under my house put back and left my backyard the way they found it. Great job!

Yesterday I called Milestone Electric for a few electrical issues, and they were able to work me in the on the same day. They sent out Jon McGee and Bryan Kersey. Jon was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of my questions and gave me several options to choose from. Bryan did a great job helping Jon and vacuumed up on his way out. We have used Milestone in the past and have plans for an upcoming project for Jon in a few months. Keep up the good work guys!

Up to this last visit, they have been great. However, on this last visit to replace a hot water heater, I was BLATANTLY LIED TO by one of their employee's (Miles) to cover up his laziness or incompetence or both. This is in addition to the needless damage they did to my house in the process.If that is the caliber of employee they are hiring, I want NOTHING to do with them. They were our go to. Now I don't want them anywhere near my house. What else have they lied about?

The technician arrived on time, quoted me a price. I showed him a coupon and got a great discount on the service. Unclogging the drain took two approaches before it was successful. The technician was calm, quick and professional. After the drain was unclogged, he spent 5 minutes educating my spouse and I about home drain systems. Will definitely use them again.

Requested a coil cleaning service because this was recommended by the technician from the previous visit. When service was complete during current visit there was no coil cleaning completed and a simple AC tune up was only done. Either the technician did not read the service report or there is a problem with communication from the web services to the technicians. In his credit the servicer did offer to stay behind after he realized the mistake but there was no time available to restart this process.

Have used this company for years, for major and minor plumbing jobs. They have always performed first rate. $150.00 weekend/after hours charge - understandable.. $365.00 capacitor part charge - I don't know; the one replaced cost $16.95 at various supply houses.

Tony fixed my furnace after-hours for a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend for heating repair.
