So easy I cold in the morning they came in the afternoon I'm in the afternoon and clean out Power 1000 gallon grease trap. The technicians were very knowledgeable and kinds they were done in under an hour and left my place and it's surroundings very clean. I ended up taking the 4 time a year contract with them because I don't want to deal with it and they deal with it so well thank you one source

Seemed to do a good job resealing a toilet, but did not take the time to test whether outside faucet still had a leak after work done on it. Will use someone different in the future as much overpriced for the value received.

I had a great experience with DAZ Plumbing on yesterday. I had a leak in my bathroom and I could not figure out where the water was coming from. They came and diagnosed the problem as well as fixed it. They were prompt, professional, and their customer service skills were phenomenal. We had an issue with our air conditioner’s plumbing and were without air at the start of the long 4th of July weekend. Justin rushed out to fix it in time to bypass the holiday rate up charge. He was extremely professional and did an excellent job. We recommend him highly.

Ok, I need to differentiate between my experience w/ the office and my experience w/ the actual work performed. I had three toilets replaced along w/ the three angle valves supplying water to the toilets.The Work: Five Stars - The two plumbers did an excellent job. They were friendly, professional, worked quickly and hauled off the old toilets.The Office: One Star - I originally contacted them through TGCL. I received an email saying they had scheduled me for 4/12/21 between 12 & 5. They scheduled me before even talking to me to find out exactly what I needed. Since I never heard from another plumber on TGCL I went ahead and took a half day of vacation so I could get the job done. I contacted the office to try and get an idea of how much the job would cost. The only response I could get on that is the plumber will go over it with you. And THAT'S where the problem started.When the plumbers arrived I went over with them exactly what I wanted and he produced a quote of $1,300.00!! To say the least this created a bit of sticker shock. The plumber went over the quote line by line with me and was actually able to pencil-whip the quote and got the cost down to $1,045.00. Since I had already taken off a half day of work and needed the work done I went with it.So again, the men doing the job were great! I couldn't have asked for a better job.If you do choose Flow Plumbing I suggest you insist that the office clearly explains their pricing structure before the plumber arrives.

Replaced leaking hose bib in a perfectly satisfactory way.

I called every “24/7” “emergency HVAC” company listed on Google. ARS was the ONLY company that lives up to the claim of emergency HVAC. I called and spoke with Ethel and told her that I had called 20 other companies and no one had offer any assistance even though their listings says “open 24/7”. I felt that Ethel really cared and sympathized with me. My house is 3 levels and each level was 89 degrees and higher as you climbed the stairs. It was literally the middle of the night and I had been on the phone with these other disappointing companies for at least 3 hours. Ethel got in touch with Scott, the manager and he came from over an hour away to get me and my dog some air conditioning going. The part was under warranty and he informed me of the emergency service call fee which was by far much cheaper than I had expected. I was 100 percent satisfied and will recommend this company for HVAC needs... regular and emergency. They are AWESOME!!!!!!
