Jason was amazing! Hasn't even left my driveway and I'm leaving a review. Came on short notice to diagnose and discover the issue with why I wasn't getting cold water through the washer valve making doing laundry a hassle. Fixed it quickly and also fixed my running toilet that cost me so much in water bills since I moved in! Reasonable prices for parts and labor and has CC convenience. Will be my go to from now on as a new home owner. He is very busy for a reason! Thank you Jason!

I had a hot water line leaking underneath my home. Called Herndon McFarland and spoke to Lee McFarland. He was able to schedule me quickly to start the repair process. Patrick and Shawn made the repair and were extremely professional, polite and on time with each visit. Cannot say enough nice things about this company. Also have to give a credit to Decota who works in their office. She has also been very polite and helpful. Highly recommend, will never use another plumbing company.

On time, efficient repair

These gentlemen are experts you can trust to do quality work. The gas company had busted sewer pipe moved pipes around under the house . We had been without hot water for over a week and the sewer smell was only making matters worst . Then U.S Plumbing & Remodeling were called and they took care of everything in 1 day. They cleaned up the sewer mess added new pipes fixed plumage under house. They communicated with us what they were going to do and explain why.
