Horrible customer service and shoddy work. I called another plumbing company for a leak underneath my kitchen sink because I had the same or similar problem in November 2021 and thought that the work was still under warranty with that company. When the plumber arrived from the other company and after fixing the problem, I asked him what the issue was and what could be done in the future to prevent this. He stated that I needed to get a new garbage disposal. I told him that I just had a new garbage disposal installed by another plumbing company (One Source). He then informed me that the disposal was not connected properly and said that the pipe was not placed far enough up. Had I known that the problem was related to the installation of the garage disposal by One Source, I would have called One Source to rectify the problem, but I didn't know until after the repair was made. When I contacted One Source about reimbursement, including providing the receipt of the work done by the other company, they refused to reimburse me stating that their work was under warranty and that I should've contacted them instead. However, as I explained to them, I did not know the leaking water was related to the improper installation of the garbage disposal by their company.

Jacob came to fix a gas leak on a Sunday afternoon after our landlord sent an unlicensed handyman to install a cooktop. Jacob was professional and informative with his work. My family and I are safe because of him. Highly Recommend!

I have use this company for years. They are always on time and do great work. They seem to know all the problems we have with the homes built in The Colony. I have given out their phone number to several people that are now calling the company when they having plumbing problems.

I was charged 460$ for the tech to walk in and out of my house for 3 hours and he still didn’t find the leak . You could hear the water running in the bathroom but he made some excuse about an empty house and an echo. I called in another plumber and it took this guy right at 30 minutes to find the leak in the bathroom where you could actually here it.Update! Here are pictures of your receipt. Right around the corner from my home

I can’t say enough great things about my recent experience this week. Our less than 15 month old tankless water heater had a random part break. We are a family of 7 with 5 small kids. It went out Sunday evening. Had to resort to heating pots of waters for kids baths. We also have two family members in treatment for cancer. Being clean is a huge priority. They came out Monday quickly diagnosed. Called the manufacturer got the part (Under warranty) expedited for next day and we had hot water and baths again Tuesday evening. They adhered to best practices for COVID and did it with a smile on their face. Truly A+!!!!!!
