Best Air Conditioning Replacement in Dallas TX

Changed the wire connecting a floor furnace to the thermostat to no effect. The gas valve needs replacement. Too costly for an emergency backup. It was worth trying. Mike did a good job.

Everything was fine and the guys always did a nice job and cleaned up as if they had never been there. Recently they have not called me back when I left 2 messages. Which I did not understand. I know they have been busy with repairs from the freeze however no one bothered to tell me that was the reason they would not call me back to discuss two jobs at my house which they already knew needed to be done.

My first time meeting Dan was memorable. He’s very professional, energetic and a wealth of knowledge. Dial One Johnson is fortunate to have him.I was having an issue with a knocking noise in the main vent in the hallway.
