Update: Owner called shortly after my review to discuss his reasoning behind his practice of charging for estimates. While I still do not agree with his reasoning, I am going to update (for now) to 4 stars. Further updates may be made after our scheduled appointment tomorrow.

Not sure of other aspects of this business but 120 dollars to come out for an estimate? No thank you. Called for an estimate for a french drain and was told I'd have to pay. Doesn't seem very smart when I've now lined up 3 other contractors with just as good reviews and they're all free.

The plumber was personable, and did a good job snaking out the main drain line. My only issue is the company charging a flat rate of $500 to snake out a drain. I understand your in business to make money. But seriously $500..My appointment was for the previous evening between 8p and 12p. They called after 11p to tell me they couldn't make it and would have to come out the next day. Forget the fact that you advertise 24/7 service. I was without the ability to use any water in the house for almost 24 hours. Then you get rolled for $500 to clear a drain. The simplest repair a plumber can do. I'm a tradesman, I understand labor charges. I also understand doing right by a customer. The plumber 5 stars, the company 2 stars.

A pipe burst in our home during a stretch of cold days and damaged one of our ceilings. Many people in our area needed plumbing assistance due to the weather, so we had a difficult time finding a company that would be able to help us on the same day - one company said it would take at least two weeks, another was able to schedule someone for the next day (that company's customer support also mentioned that there was no way we'd be able to find plumbers who would be able to come that day due to the activity in the area).We called Waterworks at about 9:30am, and a technician was able to come to our house by 10:30am. Our pipe was fixed and our water was running again by 11:30am.Later in the day we identified more damage caused by the weather, and Waterworks was able to schedule another visit for us first thing in the morning the next day, which resolved the additional damage.So - in less than 24 hours, Waterworks was able to schedule two visits to our home and completely resolve our issues. If we had gone with another company, we likely still wouldn't even have running water at the time I'm writing this review.We'll definitely contact Waterworks in the future when we have plumbing issues. Thanks!

This company was outstanding. Brandon arrived and had my water heater replaced within 3 hours (same day service!!). This was after going back and forth for 2 days with a much larger company. I will use Apex and Brandon for all future plumbing needs on my property. Thank you!!!

Brian from Roto Rooter was very professional and provided me all options that would work in the best of my interest. He thoroughly guided me through on what could be going on in my downspout drainage while cleaning. Although, there wasn’t much of a blockage but he was able to diagnose that there is water retention due to belly formation in drainage. Brian was very courteous and very informative. Thank you Brian.

These folks went above and beyond! I would highly recommend them to anyone. There was a lot of work to be done as it’s an older home. They worked hard, stayed late, made sure we got what we wanted and when the new toilet we ordered showed up broken, they put it in their truck, drove it to the store we ordered it from, got it exchanged for one that wasn’t broken and even got the store to refund the delivery fee. John, Tommy, Vernon, Jason, Brian and Rachel were all great to work with!

The young plumber who fixed our problem is named Jason. I don't know his last name. He has a very pleasant disposition. He did a fine job, triple-checked that the problem was solved, assured us that the company would stand by their work. Yup. Because on him, we'd certainly use the company again.

The guys at Sterling's Plumbing are the best to be had. Sometimes they don't show up exactly when they say they will, but scheduling is difficult because they don't know how much trouble they will run into, but overall, they arrive when they say they will and their work, which is the important part is always A+

Water heater wasn't working. They were at my house within 2 hours when majority of other plumbers had a waiting list of 6 weeks on average. Very friendly, and fixed my water heater within an hour. Definitely recommend

Appreciate the professionalism and courtesy from Aaron, who came to look into a sewage odor in my laundry area. While he could have charged me for a service call, he instead provided an alternative home option to see if it would correct the issue, and did not charge me anything. Can't find that kinda personal service from the bigger companies. Will definitely be calling Quality for any future issues!

Had a terrible clog effecting my mainline, G-Tech came out and cleared the line. Thank goodness for such professional, kind, and efficient techs. I will certainly be using them with any plumbing needs!

My furnance went out on Sunday and I had another provider come out and tell me I needed an entire new one. I quickly scrambled and called Carpenter for a second opion - they came out within an hour and fixed my furnace for a fraction of what a new one would cost.
