Joshua did a great job fixing my clogged drain. I received a text/call letting me know his ETA, he arrived when he said he would. He came in my home assessed the situation and went straight to work. He was very careful not to make a mess doing his work. Any mess that was made due to work he was performing he cleaned up when he was done.If I need Roto-Rooter again I will request Joshua!

A bad smell in the lower level of my new home prompted me to call these guys in the wee hours of a Sunday morning. By 3:30am the backup of raw sewage that was coming up into my basement was gone...and the disaster was averted! I had frozen water pipes. Michael Ross worked very hard to solve my problem, he finally got my water running. He was very knowledgeable in his work. He. showed respeck and consideration toward me.if I have other plumbing problems I will request Michael to do the work.

Dale came out to assess a problem I was having with a hot water heater.

He went ahead and gave me several options that would fix the problem to ensure I could pick what best fit my budget.

After careful consideration, I decided to fully replace my hot water heater. Dale and the gentleman who came installed it all within the space of a few hours, cleaned up after themselves. The were friendly, arrived on time and did an excellent job. It's so great to have hot water again! I couldn't recommend them enough.

I've been meaning to leave this review for over a year, but better late than never! During a huge storm here in Columbus, when we later learned that thousands of people had sump pump failure and basement flooding, ours began to flood around 11 in the evening. When we contacted Benjamin Franklin, they were at our house in less than an hour, even though it was nearly midnight by that point. The gentleman turned out to be the owner, who had been working nonstop all evening and said he'd probably continue to work until the early hours of the AM. Still he was polite and professional, and worked quickly. He showed us what had failed and explained how he was replacing/repairing things, and then, he waved his after-hours fee without us even asking.
The next day, I noticed that when the sump pump finished each cycle, there was a hissing sound, and small amount of water escaping from the seal. I called, and they were again out very quickly and fixed it for no additional charge. We've yet to need a plumber again, but we will undoubtedly be calling them when the time comes.

He takes pride in his work, and only installs quality parts that will last. By the next day he had completed all of the plumbing work that I l needed, and I am very happy with the work that was done. The Technicians (Cory & Tanner) arrived promptly for the appointment and came prepared to get the job done. They were professional, courteous, and respectful of my property. Oh! And did i mention efficient?! They were in & out in less than 1.5 hrs which included a run to a Home Depot. Upon completion of the leak repair they tidied up, went over the details of the repair in depth and showed pics they took of the completed job to submit to my Homeowners Insurance if I chose to file a claim for reimbursement. A1 service! Would highly recommend this company and will be a repeat customer if/when needed.

Our hot water tank was leaking and they were able to come out same day to take a look at it and then came out the next morning to replace it with a new one. Great experience they were fast & efficient! Highly recommend
