Plumbing & Drain Professionals provided quick service when our hot water heater went out. We called late in the evening and they had techs here early the next morning. The techs arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and quickly determined the problem and fixed it. It was so nice to get quick and reliable service. We will not hesitate to call them for future needs.

We had another, different plumbing issue yesterday and received the same great service. The appointment setup was easy, and Brian arrived as scheduled. Again, our problem was resolved within two hours. If I have another issue, I will certainly call again.Great experience. The initial phone contact was prompt, courteous, and professional. Nathan arrived within about an hour, provided an estimate, and then completed the job quickly. From call to completion was around two hours.

Have had 3 great experiences with Mick since we moved into our house. He is fabulous at explaining what is happening with your issues and fixing it like it was his own house. Also, gives great recommendations on plumbing necessities such as sinks, faucets, toilets, shower heads. Highly recommend him!

Justin was our hero today. Apex was incredibly kind and responsive. My entire experience was positive starting with their dispatcher who was incredibly knowledgeable to the technician they sent. Apex was able to clear our yard pipe from ice and debris allowing our sump pump to work properly.

Jake and Robert answered out call on a Sunday afternoon. They were professional, yet personable and took care of our very clogged kitchen sink drain. They did a fantastic job and made sure it was done well, double and tripled checked their work before they left. Jake explained what they were doing and made sure I was informed the entire time. Fast courteous service at fair pricing. Have worked with Drainmaster for 3 years now, with 24 hour service I enjoy having a reliable contractor for our tenants. Thier knowledge of drains, water tanks, and older plumbing makes them my FIRST call.

The folks answering the phone were nice enough and easy to work with, responsive, etc. Cheers for doing the front-end well!

However, I was not pleased with the technician sent out (I will not name him here). I felt like my issue was not a terribly difficult one, yet he wanted to go the most difficult route to solve the problem (it felt like he was trained to handle all cases that way and he didn't have the depth of knowledge to get creative). Overall, my plumber seemed to lack experience and the ability to troubleshoot. On top of that, with paying him hourly, he seemed to just sort of hem-haw around when I was trying to discuss options and get some honest perspective. His attitude and demeanor did not instill any confidence in me that he could do our job to my expectations.

Also, pricing seemed like such a mystery to this plumber, he was constantly calling someone to get prices, rather than having a cheat sheet for pricing (which, I explained they were coming for a hose faucet, so not sure why they didn't have some pricing for common repairs?). I've worked with other plumbers and HVAC folks in the past that could say yeah, I have that part on my truck and I think it runs $20, but will double-check. This guy did not exude that level of confidence or breadth of understanding with pricing.

Ultimately, one leaking piece was fixed, then another piece started leaking. I told the plumber to just settle up the bill with me and be on his way. I will look for a more experienced plumber if that small leak becomes a nuisance.

Mitch W. Was very professional. He was polite, friendly and explained the project to me. He purchased and installed a hand-held shower head that matched the existing plumbing. His timing was impeccable, and the price couldn't be beat. I am completely satisfied.

Showed up in the afternoon and replaced both of my hot water tanks. He spent 6+ hours doing a wonderful install. Couldn't ask for someone more professional, dedicated, and knowledgeable. Will absolutely be calling again when needed.

Gary was punctual and professional. He ended up spending several hours at my home, and did not rush through any of the work. Gary kept me updated about the work being done and the work needing to be done. And — the total cost was affordable. -much cheaper than what the company sent out by my home warranty company wanted to charge. I am very pleased with the service and will absolutely recommend him to others.

My husband and I have used The Rooter Works Plumbing and Drains for several plumbing issues. The plumbers, Nathan Shoe and Angel, were both knowledgeable, polite, and trustworthy. Several times Nathan went above and beyond. We had leaky pipes he came out early afternoon and stayed until late evening to finish the job. Another time, we had a gas scare in our basement—we thought it was from the new water heater installed, which it wasn't. It ended up being a ventilation issue. Other service people were pointing fingers at the other, but Nathan was concerned about doing his job right. He made a few adjustments and followed up with us later that day and a week later to make sure we were safe and the issue was fixed by the HVAC company. When Nathan was tied up with another job, he called ahead and said Angel would be out instead, who was also great! We will continue to use The Rooter Works Plumbing and Drains in the future—it has become a company we can trust.
