They fit me in their schedule and had me up and going for less than my labor alone would have been with the other guy. Very satisfied.

We had different plumbers checks our sewage pump in an office building, got quotes to change it along with piping that reached 5k! We then had David Stilp from Muetzel plumbers who was very honest and basically said it does not need changed now! We appreciated his honest opinion that was built on his years of experience! I called to inquire about what happened and they instructed me to call another plumbing service. Finding another plumber so late in the day is not impossible, but it does create a challenge. Called Ben Franklin today about gas line requirements for a tankless water heater. From my research, I've learned that these take a lot of gas. Other contractors I talked to seemed to guess about the requirements, but the guy I spoke to at Ben Franklin explained the install process perfectly. Thankful there are companies out there who know how to do jobs correctly!

The water heater installation went great. Later I discovered that my exterior water spicket was not functioning so I called them back to check it out unbeknownst to me there was a separate shut off valve that I never knew existed it was shut off.
This particular water spicket was fully functional prior to the installation of the water heater so when the service tech came out to check out the problem that's when I discovered that all that needed to be done was to turn the shut-off valve back on I did not even know that that shutoff valve existed and I did not know that one of the service techs must have shut it off and forgot to turn it back on upon completion of the installation of the water heater so then I get charged a $99 service fee for something that I didn't even do.
No one informed me when I called to set up this appointment that I was going to be charged for something that was this companies oversight
