After my inquiry, they called promptly to schedule service for the next day. Service tech Christian was very nice, professional and informative, even cleaned up afterwards.

Plumber did a thorough job...we were very pleased. I felt that $441 to snake a drain that took about a half hour was way too much. While I said we were pleased with the service, I will look to other services for pricing before I reach out to roto rooter again.

Later that evening, someone called and let me know the technician was at an emergency and couldn’t make it to our appointment. I totally understood, just wish there could have been a little more prompt communication.They rescheduled the appointment and were very prompt and professional on the day of the appointment. The technician explained everything well to me and wasn’t pushy with services. Very satisfied with their work.

We had a clog in our basement drain and Mr. Rooter was recommended to me. I called and was able to get scheduled within a reasonable amount of time. They fixed the problem and ensured everything was good before leaving. My only complaint was that they told me one time frame when scheduling and then the day of told me a different one.

Matt from The Service People was the third company that came to fix our gas leaks to the stove, furnace, and water heater. The first one never came back, the second company spent an entire day here and it wasn't fixed. Then I called The Service People and Matt came out and fixed everything in a very professional manner. He was very knowledgeable! I will be call them for future plumbing needs.

After coming home from work I discovered my upstairs bathroom leaking and pouring out of my ceiling. As I panicked and cried, my insurance told me to contact a plumber. I used google and randomly selected a number out of desperation. Dale called me quick and was at my house faster than I expected. He immediately identified the problem, and then repaired it. Absolutely the easiest call and service I've ever had.
Their number is saved in my phone now because I don't need to take a gamble on any other plumber.

I was having difficulty scheduling a day with any plumber to come look at a leaky toilet (nonemergency) until I called Accurate Plumbing. I appreciated Mike finding a time on the busy schedule to send someone out for a relatively minor issue and John for the excellent work and feedback while he fixed the issue at my house. I'm really quite thankful for both the quality work and customer service Accurate Plumbing provided when I wasn't getting it elsewhere.

I called them based on past experience from 2009. This time, I had two guys show up and tell me my drain line was clogged. Yeah, like I did not already know this. I would think if you specialize in drain clearing then you would a least recommend a solution to a drainage problem. I suggest you contact someone else.

Custom Care went above and beyond. They came out to a staked property to put in the driveway for the house to be built. Chuck, the owner, was very kind and and made sure to answer all of my questions. Zach was the supervisor on site and he was also very kind and knowledgeable. The dirt work was clean and the gravel that was spread and packed looked very uniform. They were efficient and worked diligently to get the first step of the project done!
