our hot water tank went out and they came out the same day and put in a new one. Our water tank is located on the second floor and there wasn't a trace anyone had been in the house,very professional.

In my opinion, any place that leaves you setting all day for an appointment that they scheduled with you is unprofessional. Damaging pipes and still charging without fixing them is even worse. But offering to pay him to fix the pipe he broke, and he still doesn't show, well, I'll let the public decide. It's my opinion that the customer should beware. One reviewer stated they lost their home over this company!

After coming home from work I discovered my upstairs bathroom leaking and pouring out of my ceiling. As I panicked and cried, my insurance told me to contact a plumber. I used google and randomly selected a number out of desperation. Dale called me quick and was at my house faster than I expected. He immediately identified the problem, and then repaired it. Absolutely the easiest call and service I've ever had.
Their number is saved in my phone now because I don't need to take a gamble on any other plumber.

Very unprofessional, hard to get solid answers from, and even harder to get a hold of. They did the work 3-4 months ago, but when it came time for the plumbing work on the gas line to be inspected the inspector would not approve it since the work had been done under wrong kind of permit. Only found out this was the problem a few weeks ago from the plumbers too. Since then they will not call back, or respond to emails and still have not applied for the correct permit. I do not recommend them. Now we have to find a new plumber and hopefully they'll work on someone else's work or else we'll have to have all the work re done. It's been an awful experience.

Glad I called Carpenter Heating. Ashton and Nick installed the Bryant furnace in 4 hours. They did a great job getting the old unit out of the attic and installing the new one. They made it look easy, I know it was harder than it looked. They did a great job of explaining throughout the process. Everything was squeaky clean when they were done. I've only heard bad things about this business, and have finally heard enough to leave a review to remind myself to never use them if the need should arise. Shoddy work, failure to follow up or remedy issues that were paid for, and overall lack of professionalism is all I hear about Calhoun. Avoid this plumber.
