John (owner) was very compassionate in the middle of the night and tried to walk me through what I could do before determining that I definitely needed a new shower valve - I damaged valve previously, trying to get very old stuck cartridge out.
They came next morning and fixed everything correctly - retrofitting to new style valve.
They were great (knowledgeable and professional employees) and more than reasonable for the amount of work required in my situation!

John Gleason #1482 was our plumber! He was very nice! He was clean when he came in and was super friendly! I have been in customer service for over 12 years and he is one of the friendliest people I have come in contact with!! He told us exactly what he was doing and explained everything as he went along. He probably left. the cabinet under the sink cleaner than when he came!! He was very quick too!!I will definitely recommend Roto Rooter to all my friends and family!! Our main drain was backing up so we called Rescue Rooter. Tommy arrived that same day and cleared the drain--no more water spilling into our basement. Brandon was awesome! We have cast-iron pipes and they apparently get a sludge type build up which causes horrid backups into he kitchen sink, everytime the water was running in the sink. Brandon came out and jetted the pipes ( I believe that's the correct term )and I have had zero backups since he finished. We live about a hour from their shop and they didn't charge a trip fee and he did a excellent job. He was the third plumber to come out but he was the only one to actually fix it! Thank you so much!!!!

I can not say enough great things about this company, in particular the owner Grant, since he’s the one who was recommended to us and did our work.

I had no idea what we needed or even where to start. Grant came out, did a plumbing inspection on our home, and brought all issues to our attention. He made recommendations and based on our conversations, we decided to start with bathroom repairs and upgrades. I asked Grant’s advice (and opinions) and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We decided on brushed nickel fixtures and he got me exactly what I requested. We could not be more pleased with the outcome!!

I also wanted to mention how impressed we were with the communication G-Tech Plumbing provided to us throughout this process. Confirmation texts were sent and we knew exactly when Grant would arrive due to the “on the way” text, as well. The online portal provided all of my information in an easy to access link. Good job on leak repair

I've used Calhoun plumbing for years now and typically am pretty happy with the work. However, my hot water tank went out on a Friday night of a holiday weekend and I couldn't get an appointment until Tuesday. Really disappointed that I couldn't get quicker service and I ended up going elsewhere to have the repair done same day. It would be great to have more options for quicker repairs.
