Jon and Shawn were timely, professional, and courteous of my home and my time. They came to the rescue with water that was coming out of a drain in my basement, and I am so thankful for their excellent service and their solution-minded attitude. My main plumbing had backed up around the holidays and Waterworks was able to send someone out right away and get the job completed in a timely manner (I was hosting a holiday party that afternoon). The guy that did the work was awesome, he did a great job and was polite and very professional. I would highly recommend Waterworks to anyone. Additionally, I was referred to them by my Dad.

I got a new water heater and installation. Baumann were very helpful in the shopping process by discussing the pros and cons of all options. In addition, once I made a decision, they gave prompt service and complied with the details of the installation contract to the letter.

Terrible experience. Booked services to have a bathtub clog cleared and to put the tub hardware back on (i.e. the drain cover). The techs that showed up were told it was an issue in the kitchen, not the bathroom. They spent 15 minutes on the tub but did not put any of the hardware back on because they were not told that was needed and didn't have the tools and it wasn't included in the price despite the fact they would have had to remove the hardware to unclog the tub if I hadn't already done it prior to their arrival. I was finally able to find the time to put it back together and used the shower for the first time and it is now leaking into the floor below, which never happened prior to service, so I'm unclear if they caused more damage until I can pay to have another company provide an assessment and estimate for replacement.

I called at 7:00pm, and the technician was at my house by 8:30 the next morning. The technician was pleasant and courteous. He was honest and called another technician out to review the purchase options since he was new to the company and did not want to mis-quote anything. The service was quick and thorough. Overall a very good experience!!

I would definitely recommend family and friends to use these services, worker was very polite, and more then helpful came almost immediately to access the situation and had it taken care off faster then I could make it to the bank and back!!! Thank you guys for all you help, great customer service !!!

Thank you for coming out and taking care of my plumbing problems during the pandemic on a Saturday on short notice! I am very grateful for your skills and service!

I texted for an appointment Thursday afternoon; over several texts we arranged for a repair on Friday. They arrived early (but called ahead to make sure it was ok), and were in and out in half an hour. They showed the failing part of the existing shower cartridge before replacing it. Some plumbers work alone; Hesson sent a team of two, which I realized made the process faster when I heard one of them in the basement, about to turn the water supply back on, talking with the other one on the second floor, via walkie-talkie, making sure everything was ready up there. With one person it would have been an extra round trip down and up two stories at least, more if there had been complications. Cost was ~$300; more than I was hoping to have to spend, but they were responsive, fast, and professional.

Zach did a tremendous job in handling the emergency replacement of my garbage disposal. He came on a Sunday within hours of my call. The quick response and professionalism was off the charts. I am also going to use the company for extensive projects I have in my home based on Zach's recommendations.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This company worked well with the home warranty I had to not fix anything I had wrong. They decided to say my issue was due to faulty installation but they were just told to lie so the warranty company doesn’t have to pay for any repairs. I will never call or recommend this company ever.
