While the staff was friendly, when reconnecting our sink drain, instead of getting the right parts, they jerry-rigged something that now makes a loud gurggling noise as water drains. I called about this and a plumber did come out, but instead of fixing the problem by getting the right parts, he reported that the sink is working fine.

Called Waterworks the day before appt,gave a window time. Called me the day of appt said they could be at the house earlier,fine with me. Evan was very professional, got started right a way. Evan came upstairs shortly after finding the problem of the water tank. Had the parts in the truck and got the hot water tank fixed in a short time. Would use The Waterworks in the future.

Overall experience was great, they were able to quickly replace an older water heater one day after we contacted them about the issue. Installers were professional and were forthcoming with information as additional charges where encountered given it was an replacement of an existing unit that required some rework of the gas and water piping. Only negative was the prices charged for some the parts not initially quoted as they seemed high compared to what they would cost at retail. Would definitely use them again for other projects.

Came on the same day I called which was fabulous, did a good job,was patient too.

ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION if they recommend pipe replacements. In my case, the sales guy was using high pressure tactics during all my encounters with him. More details on our situation below. If you are looking to get a clog cleared, their pricing is really high, but they at least offer a warranty and can work on weekends.####We experienced a sewage backup in our basement on a Sunday. Mr. Rooter was able to come to our home quickly, so we went with them. The tech arrived and told us they would need to do a hydro flush. That, plus the camera work, was going to cost +$1K. I said I saw online the average cost was lower, so when the sales guy arrived, he threw in the camera work for free since he was already there. The cost for the service ended up being closer to $850 with a 1 yr warranty. During the camera assessment (prior to the clog being cleared), the sales guy kept telling us this was the worst clog he'd ever seen. He then went on to say we needed to replace our exterior clay pipes to best protect ourselves from this happening again. And kept reminding us the Holidays are coming up and that the last thing we would want is to deal with another issue like this while we had guests over. I told him that because they offer a 1 yr warranty on the hydro flush, we would prefer to see what happens and asked him to send us a quote for the pipe replacement. We never received that quote.A few weeks later we called a local plumbing company to come out and camera snake our pipes to get a second opinion. The guy said our pipes looked great - especially given their age.When the clog came back ~4 months later, we called Mr. Rooter again since we had the 1 yr warranty on the hydro flush. Same sales rep came to the house. He basically said - I told you this would happen, you need new pipes. He and his crew spent over an hour assessing the situation and said the work would cost ~$19K PLUS the cost of concrete because they'd have to rip up a lot of our driveway. He used sleazy sales tactics, calling his boss to get the price down and such. I told him that given the cost, we would need to get additional estimates. He kept telling me what other companies would come in at and that they were the best and cheapest - and that others probably wouldn't want to touch our job because it was so complicated. I told him to email me the quote. He did this time. To their credit, Mr. Rooter did clear our clog again and at no cost to us thanks to the 1 yr warranty.It has now been over 2 years and we have not had an issue with the pipes. Know why? We needed to stop using flushable wipes and change our toilet paper to a brand that breaks down easier.

Matt is pleasant to work with and stands behind his work. He installed a new shower faucet in our bathroom and replaced the drain pipe. We had issues with the faucet knob a couple of months later and Matt swung by between jobs and fixed it for us right away. Great Service!

Fixed a leak in the pipe coming from my hot water heater quickly and efficiently!

Called first thing in the morning for a shower valve repair and they were able to send someone out straight away, which was unexpected but nice. Mike Jr. Showed up a short time later and replaced a shower valve quickly and efficiently, all is back to normal now. Service was fast and at a reasonable cost - very pleased with this company and will surely use them for additional plumbing projects.

I knew when I contacted Hesson Plumbing that I was getting 5-star service. Chris and another gentleman showed up today to repair a leaky water heater that was close to 20 years old. It turns out we needed a new one, which we knew was going to need to happen when we purchased the condo a little over a year ago. Chris and the other team member were quick to install the new water heater, and were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We felt safe with them in our home (they followed all Covid protocols).

I am so grateful for their quick response and professional demeanor. We will certainly be using Hesson Plumbing again in the future.

Gary, did a great job. He replaced a leak in the main shutoff valve in the house. And the dishwasher shut off valve. All under 2 hours. He made sure there wasn't any leaks before he left. Very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. All done way under the average price for this area.

I’ve used these guys in the past and they were great. This time however I’ve talked to a “dispatcher” twice and I’m being told to expect a call back from the owner and never received a call. You should not have to speak to the owner to get an appt scheduled.
