Roto-Rooter was great. We had a leaky pipe in the evening, called them and was able to get an appointment that night. Malinda showed up right on time and did a great job, quickly repairing the pipe.

Our situation was the incoming main line to our meter was weeping inside. Todd scheduled a time through out water department to have it shut off while he was here and replaced the fitting. Once finished he took care of having the water department come out while he was here to make sure no leaks were were happening. Todd also was here when he said he would be here and took time to explain the steps that would be taken to fix our problem. I will have no problem using Apex plumbing again for any future projects. Great value and work.

Matt is outstanding at what he does! He answered all of our questions and gave us options so we could choose how we wanted to proceed with repairs or replacement. We had a slab leak that had already been repaired but had started leaking again so we opted for complete replacement of our copper pipes to PEX. We also decided to have the pipes relocated to inside the walls instead of back under the concrete slab, so there was a lot of work to be done. Matt gave us a really fair price for the project and guaranteed the work for a full year. Kyle was the technician that completed this project for us and he was awesome! We had a few minor issues during the project and had to make some late night phone calls, and Matt was always available to answer questions and calm us down, he's very good at that because there's nothing that rattles his cage or ruffles his feathers! I can't say enough good things about this company, their work is outstanding and their prices are extremely fair. The Service People is now our go to for plumbing issues, and it should be yours too!

My water heater stopped working, the plumber knew exactly what was wrong, ordered the part and came over quickly to install the new part on my water heater. The price was affordable, the service exceptional and the plumber was nice. I am thankful.

We had a problem with pipes overflowing under our kitchen sink day after Thanksgiving. Dave was there, isolated and fixed the problem at hand. There may be some additional related work, but Dave got us going

I experienced great service!! I had an issue with my drain being backed up and I was able to schedule service for the next business day... what a lifesaver! Today I had Antwan clear my drain. He cleared the drain and also looked at all the restrooms in the house to assess whether or not there were any other issues. He was very patient with me and graciously and thoroughly answered my MANY questions. He also provided me suggestions to prevent my issue from reoccurring as well as some recommendations for fixing other plumbing issues in the house. Gary was punctual and professional. He ended up spending several hours at my home, and did not rush through any of the work. Gary kept me updated about the work being done and the work needing to be done. And — the total cost was affordable. -much cheaper than what the company sent out by my home warranty company wanted to charge. I am very pleased with the service and will absolutely recommend him to others.

I’ve used these guys in the past and they were great. This time however I’ve talked to a “dispatcher” twice and I’m being told to expect a call back from the owner and never received a call. You should not have to speak to the owner to get an appt scheduled.
