I wanted to give an update a year later. One of our toilet seats had 2 cracks in it, I called the company, sent an email with pictures of the seat, the owner called to confirm receiving the email and pictures. The owner placed an order for the toilet seat and the toilet seat came in earlier than expected, the company came out replaced the seat and we are back in business. This company is still holding its standard of being professional and backing up their warranty of their products, we will still use them in the future.

Nick was the plumber that came to my house. I have old cast iron pipes that were in terrible shape. Bathroom sinks and bathtubs were completely blocked but he was tenacious in fixing the problem and now all the lines are clear! He is the best and I am completely satisfied.
