G and M have come out to our house twice. Once to replace a water heater and once to fix some corroded faucets for our washer hook-up. On both occasions they were fair and upfront. They worked quickly and efficiently and they are our first call for our plumbing needs. Even better is their honesty. We recently contacted them about some plumbing renovation work and instead of trying to do a quick job, they were honest that they were stretched pretty thin and wouldn't be able to do the work before the fall. I appreciate how straightforward they are and will absolutely work with them again in the future.

Shawnte was awesome. He was able to quickly diagnose and repair my plumbing stoppage. He was very professional and friendly, he took the time to explain to me exactly what was wrong and how to prevent the problem happening in the future.

The technician was friendly, very knowledgeable, and got an excellent estimate for me prior to starting the job. He ran new pipe for a gas range in a complicated older home with a hard to negotiate crawl space. He was professional and completed the job in a timely fashion. Tina was amazing! On a Saturday night when few plumbers take calls, Tina and her team came in and saved the day and a basement from flooding!

Like many of you we had a plumbing emergency. Lowe's came to install our new fridge and broke the valve in the process pouring water all over my basement. They said they couldn't help and just left. Then we called 5 different plumbers, none of which could come out the same day. Then, Mr. Rooter said they could come out and they were here within the hour.Enter Dustin...Dustin took amazing care of us, he quickly fixed the problem and showed us the issue, and he did it all with an amazing attitude. Then, he offered to do Lowe's job for them since then didn't do the job. So he spent over an hour adjust our fridge, assembling it, moving it into the house, and installing it. THAT is ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE. We can't thank Mr. Rooter and Dustin enough. If they're smart, Mr. Rooter will have Dustin train all of their front line employees...Thanks Dustin!

The electric in our house went out on a Saturday. Everywhere we called, we couldn't schedule an appointment until Monday. PTI was the only local company who could place us with an electrician, day-of.

The electrician on call, Brian, made it to our house promptly, resolved the issue in less than 15 minutes, and asked a fair price for a weekend emergency service. We will be contacting PTI without hesitation for our future electrical needs.
