We had a worst case senario our sump pump failed on labor day. Apex plumbing was the quickest to respond online and quickly scheduled our same day appointment. Charles arrive on time after a long day of dealing with sump pump issues and flooded basements due to the heavy rain that weekend. He was professional, kind and very helpful. He didn't make us feel rushed eventhough it was at our house at the end of a very long day. Thank you Apex and Charles for your service - saved our basement from flooding and more damage.

Nicole, the technician who performed the repair was absolutely amazing. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and willing to talk about the repair she performed. I intend to ask for her every time we need plumbing work done. I’ve never had a better experience with a contractor and I will recommend this contractor again and tell folks to ask for Nicole!!

Very punctual. I called and a half hour later they had arrived. Was informative and answered all questions. Was very clean putting booties on tires of equipment.

2 guys came from ars rescue rooter to fix my drain and after charging me $500 to run the cable, they couldn’t fix the problem. They then told me the problem was in the backyard. That I needed to demolish my deck so that they can excavate and fix the pipes which was going to cost me over $7000.I called discount drains for second opinion and they run the cable and in less than an hour dug out some roots, tampons, paper towels and the problem was solved for less than $300.Ars rescue rooter is a FRAUD, taking advantage of innocent people by recommending what you don’t need for high charges. HOMEOWNERS BEWARE

Wow.. absolute crooks! They convinced my 86 year old grandma that $800.00 for one toilet remove and replace was a good price. They cannot be trusted. I am so disappointed. The toilet was about $200.00 - $300.00, so charging a little old lady $500.00 for two hours of service is RIDICULOUS.So dishonest, and untrustworthy. If you see this review, call your family and tell them to stay far away from this crooked establishment!

I would definitely recommend family and friends to use these services, worker was very polite, and more then helpful came almost immediately to access the situation and had it taken care off faster then I could make it to the bank and back!!! I waited all day believing this company would arrive at the scheduled time of 4:30 pm. These guys did not call or even show up for the appointment that they rescheduled. I called to inquire about what happened and they instructed me to call another plumbing service. Finding another plumber so late in the day is not impossible, but it does create a challenge. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE BUMS!!

I’m not much of a handyman. I can replace light fixtures, install a ceiling fan, anything electrical (maybe not breaker stuff). I can’t do plumbing or carpentry stuff. So, we needed to replace the kitchen sink and faucet. Faucet was leaking so we thought of replacing the sink too. There goes hiring a plumber to get this done.
Got two quotes. It’s amazing the large gap between the two companies. First one gave us a quote of less than $400 to complete the whole job of removing old sink and replacing with new one. The other one gave us a quote of $1k, $500 to remove and $500 to install.
What a big difference between the two. Same job, one less than $400, the other one 3 times more. Anyway, the job took about one and a half hours total to do. The company was very professional, cleaned the work area after the job.

I only received two responses and one quote. The one quote was excessive in my mind. I ended up getting a neighbor and son in law to get the water tank up from the basement. Bulk pickup came by and took it away for free.

The electric in our house went out on a Saturday. Everywhere we called, we couldn't schedule an appointment until Monday. PTI was the only local company who could place us with an electrician, day-of.

The electrician on call, Brian, made it to our house promptly, resolved the issue in less than 15 minutes, and asked a fair price for a weekend emergency service. We will be contacting PTI without hesitation for our future electrical needs.
