John, tech #: 1482 came out and got me all squared away quick and easy. After fixing my backed up sink he also gave me some great advice and explained why the problem was reoccurring. He was clean and friendly to my family, as well as on time and professional. Would recommend to anyone.

Timely response, but expensive. I've been having a few issues at a rental property lately, most of which they fixed. Most recently, however, I was charged $200 for the plumber to come out and tell me that my broken valve stem is old, corroded and will not budge. This much I knew from trying to remove it myself - but I guess you're paying for the expert opinion. Now I'm out $200 and the problem still very much exists. This poses a great question... what's the motivation to do a great job when you'll get paid just for trying?? BTW... I was told the $200 charge was because the plumber had to access his tools to diagnose the problem. As opposed to what, just staring at it to figure out what is going on?In a pinch I might use Waterworks again, but not if I can help it.

I was so thrilled Apex was able to arrive by 8:45 a.m. on a Monday, after receiving our call for service at 11:00 p.m. on Sunday night. Dan was quick to diagnose and repair, checked other showers for possible issues too, and checked the water source in basement for potential issues. Dan also recommended other hardware / services / improvements to ensure plumbing was all in good order. So glad that I called Apex and would definitely use their services again!

Dustin was very professional and thorough! He made sure my husband and I both completely understood what the issue was and let us know what needed to be completed in order to fix the problem. This may sound crazy but he literally worked until he was able to make a clear decision as to where the clog was and where/hot the leaking occurred. Very nice man! I definitely will refer him for future issues or to family and friends that may need a plumber! Thanks a million for you professionalism!

How can I rate NEGATIVE 1 million and 1? Absolutely WORST PLUMBER EVER!!!! Beyond bad customer service NOT friendly or helpful IN ANYWAY. Truly did not appreciate my business, could have cared less. And, this was all over phone BECAUSE AFTER SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT THEY NO CALLED/NO SHOWED and when I called to inquire I was HUNG UP on.

Sometime later I did receive a call from Pat. He showed up pretty quickly and was in and out pretty quick. And did provide satisfactory service. Thankfully it worked out.

Very good company. So much so that takes a while to book no emergency work.

Trevor and his team were prompt, talked through all the steps that would be taken, were upfront about any potential obstacles and had the best price quoted. Quality people doing quality work.

It's hard to find good plumbers and it's also hard to find available plumbers -- let alone Gary is both! Gary was able to start work immediately after the estimate/evaluation took place, which is unlike other larger companies such as EcoPlumbers -- and he was also a quarter of the cost. Gary was a pleasure to work with, and I would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.

I had a leaking shower in my house and decided to give these guys a call. They exceeded my expectations and do excellent work. I had an older style 2 handle shower faucet and they upgraded me to a more modern single handle faucet. I love it and would absolutely recommend this place. Awesome plumbers and amazing work!

I can't recommend these guys highly enough. They gave me a fair price over the phone at 8am. Said they would be at my house at 2pm. At 2:01pm my doorbell rang. They encountered a challenge with my water heater location, but quickly came up with a solution that required a bit of extra work. They handled everything like champions. Drop clothes on carpet, tarped the old water heaters, had the new tank installed within 2.5 hours and didn't leave a speck of dirt behind. Despite the challenge and extra work, they handed me a bill for exactly what was quoted on the phone. Don't bother calling anyone else, these are your guys!
