Best Tank Water Heater in Columbus OH

Christian came by today to fix some wobbly toilets for me. I honestly am probably the least qualified person to review plumbing, but from what I can tell everything was done well. The main reason I wanted to leave the review though was because Christian was awesome personality wise - he was enthusiastic about his work and seemed like he knew his stuff. During the appointment I cracked my head on a sharp ceiling backing up, Christian was nearby when it happened and didn't hesitate to make sure I was okay. I have some future work coming up and I look forward to using this company again

Nathan was exceptionally professional and courteous, and up-front with all costs before beginning our sump pump replacement. He made sure to answer any questions we had throughout the service call, and was very efficient with his work!

Renovating a duplex & had them out for a minor issue my contractor could not address. Fantastic prompt service, fair price, satisfied all around. Dale was the technician who came out - ask for Dale if you get the opportunity.

This company has been in business a long time in Columbus! I appreciate that the sons and grandsons are still running it and doing the work themselves. An estimate was provided and the work scheduled to accommodate my needs. Blair was prompt and helpful answering my husband's questions. He replaced an old main water shutoff and removed old galvanized pipe. His work passed City inspection right away. We'll have Fritz Bauman Plumbing do work for us again.

Daniel was on time and very professional. Explained the problem and the options I needed to consider to fix the water heater. After this discussion, I decided it was best to replace it. He left to pick up the new heater and returned promptly. With traveling to get the new fixture and installing it the whole process was completed in less than 3 hours. I will use Apex Plumbing in the future.

Very very expensive. Cleared 2 clogged drains for over $700. Was here for less than an hour! Well never use Roto rip off again!

The technician Shane was professional and fixed the toilet. He even took time to looked at a leak I had in my outdoor faucet and spent about five minutes fixing it. He did not add it to the bill.

After coming home from work I discovered my upstairs bathroom leaking and pouring out of my ceiling. As I panicked and cried, my insurance told me to contact a plumber. I used google and randomly selected a number out of desperation. Dale called me quick and was at my house faster than I expected. He immediately identified the problem, and then repaired it. Absolutely the easiest call and service I've ever had.
Their number is saved in my phone now because I don't need to take a gamble on any other plumber.

These guys were great. Plumber just left, got a new garbage disposal installed for a great price. 300 below some places. Plus, they were able to get in 3 days before the scheduled appointment. Would highly recommend.

Had a water backup and called Hesson to scope the 4 inch drain in my basement floor where the backup occurred. They had an opening the day I called and were able to come out right away to perform the scope. The technician was very knowledgable and spent the time answering all our questions. Truly appreciated the quick response, professionalism and time spent with us. Would recommend for any plumbing needs.

Custom Care went above and beyond. They came out to a staked property to put in the driveway for the house to be built. Chuck, the owner, was very kind and and made sure to answer all of my questions. Zach was the supervisor on site and he was also very kind and knowledgeable. The dirt work was clean and the gravel that was spread and packed looked very uniform. They were efficient and worked diligently to get the first step of the project done! After the freakish cold spell in December (2022), several of our pipes shattered despite us dripping the faucets. Turns out the handymen that flipped our new house didn't do things correctly or to code. Surprise surprise!

I had worked with Trevor a couple times before when we first moved into the house in March 2022. It was very glad that I had his number still in my phone because he was able to come over the next day to get everything remedied. He had to completely repipe probably about half the piping in our house. Thorough, honest, and friendly to work with. I'm hoping we're all set for a bit, but I'm glad to have him on call just in case!
