Best Tank Inspection in Columbus OH

Anyone is better then this company! Literally, anyone! Hired them to do a full plumbing job. It would be completed in phases. Signed all necessary contracts and waited 2 months for them to begin the project. The day before, they were to start they raised the price from 6,200 (phase 1 - checking and testing current plumbing in 3 bathroom and a laundry room) to 48,000.00. There was no reasonable explanation given for this . The entire project (all phases ) was bid for approximately 35k (not including the kitchen or any underground piping). During this same call, I was told the entire project would now be 150,000.00. NOTHING changed in the plan. This is a scam organization. They will breech their contracts when convenient. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Nathan came quick and fixed up a nasty clog from our shower and washer. He also clarified a separate sub-pump issue. He did a great job explaining the source of the problem in layman’s terms and getting it fixed quick without sacrificing quality. He confirmed the fix afterwards by testing everything out.

Carlos did a great job. Very professional. I’m very pleased with the installation of our new toilet.

Justin and Michael were excellent in repairing and replacing our sump pump and grinder in our lower level of our home. They both went way beyond doing a regular job and stayed well past the usual time for this type of repair. They kept us informed all the way through the process, cleaned up well and left us with a complete summary of what they did to remedy our problem. I would use Apex again and would request both of these men to do another job or repair.

The technician arrived in my house as we requested. He called us half a hour printout his arrival. He patiently explained what he is going to perform for problems identification. He had solved one problem and explained the options we have for the unsold one..

Fast courteous service at fair pricing. Have worked with Drainmaster for 3 years now, with 24 hour service I enjoy having a reliable contractor for our tenants. Thier knowledge of drains, water tanks, and older plumbing makes them my FIRST call.

Outdoor Faucet froze and burst, and I had a leaking toilet valve. I believe the Service Man's name was Hunter - he did a great job and was very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and answered every question I had. I learned a lot about tuff nobody else would explain to me for other Plumbing repairs in the past. Worth every penny.

How can I rate NEGATIVE 1 million and 1? Absolutely WORST PLUMBER EVER!!!! Beyond bad customer service NOT friendly or helpful IN ANYWAY. Truly did not appreciate my business, could have cared less. And, this was all over phone BECAUSE AFTER SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT THEY NO CALLED/NO SHOWED and when I called to inquire I was HUNG UP on.

Sometime later I did receive a call from Pat. He showed up pretty quickly and was in and out pretty quick. And did provide satisfactory service. Thankfully it worked out.

We tried to use Accurate Plumbing to repair or replace our tankless water heater, and I would never recommend them. We did not have enough hot water to shower for more than a month while working with them and we spent nearly $700 for them to try different repairs that did not work. I had to call multiple times to get status updates, they came to our home four different times, and we still couldn’t get hot water. I ultimately decided to go with a different company that was able to replace our tankless water heater same-day.

Recently had them replace a water line from the curb to the home. Owner was very helpful and thorough in explaining the work needing done. Very reasonable pricing. Definitely will call them in the future for plumbing needs

I made a appointment and met with a gentleman at my house for an issue that was found during inspection of the home I just purchased. He looked over everything told me how long he had been at this and what they found was wrong and it was worse that I had thought. He told me hebhad together ahold of the city to see where my pipes were un yhe ground and that he would shoot me a message in a couple of days..... It's been a week and a half. So yeah I'm going to find another company to work with and if you choose to use them good luck.

So many people wrote not to use this company and if I could give 0 stars I would. I have never seen a company care so little about doing their job. You pay them to come into your home and do nothing.

I had someone come in to fix a toilet. Second time already. It runs water continuously into the bowl after a few flushes, so we keep the valve off.

First guy goes in. Is there for just about 10 minutes. Says he fixed it and it was parts put in incorrectly. I'm cool with it, happy to have a working toilet finally. About three flushes in and the same thing happens again.

I call and then send a Drake out to fix it. I thank him for being there. Maybe 3 or so minutes in he's got the valve on, sitting on the bowl of the toilet with the lid closed looking at the back and he says nothing is wrong with the toilet so he can't fix anything. I. Was. Baffled. This man hasn't flushed the toilet once, he's just sitting on the bowl the water runs into not even looking at it, and with his expertise claims there is no issue. Okay.

I tell him there definitely is. I wouldn't call someone to fix a toilet if it's not broken. Maybe some people do? I personally am not into that. Maybe he just doesn't know. He tells me again he can't do anything to fix it. At this point I'm done. Some people only have one toilet and if this is the kind of professional they get they will never be able to use it.

People need their plumbing to work for everyday needs. It's really not something I can just not use. I told him I pay for a reason and I really just need him to do his job. He left anyway, not fixing a single thing. He was rude the whole time. He clearly didn't care about his job. I could be a better plumber than he is because at least I know to flush a toilet before saying there isn't an issue.

If you value your time and money, don't use this company. My personal experience left the impression that they only care about saying they did a job when they really didn't.
