While the staff was friendly, when reconnecting our sink drain, instead of getting the right parts, they jerry-rigged something that now makes a loud gurggling noise as water drains. I called about this and a plumber did come out, but instead of fixing the problem by getting the right parts, he reported that the sink is working fine.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! They knew their stuff, came in on time and got the job done. They explained what the problem was and how they were going to fix it. They were even giving me plumbing tips! I would definitely recommend this company again.

Main water service line busted due to cold weather a few weeks ago. I’ve used APEX in November for a clogged kitchen drain so I knew they did great work and had upfront competitive pricing. Josh came out to check the situation and immediately knew what was going on. He was able to break down his vision and approach which helped me understand what type of work they will need to do. Crew members came out and we had water within 4-5 hours. I recommend this company and will be doing business with them in the future.

Mike and Bobby came out to my home and they were above and beyond helpful. I had been having plumbing issues for the past week and worked with another company that was not very helpful which caused my problem to be prolonged. We had used Mr Rooter for the replacement of our bathtub and shower plumbing so, being extremely pleased with their service, we called on them when we needed our gas shut-off valve replaced. We were having problems with our hot water tank and I went to shut off the gas and broke the shut off valve.Mitch W. was our technician. He was kind, courteous, friendly and very professional. He replaced the shut-off valve and lit the hot water tank. He cautioned me about throwing money at the old hot water tank as it was over 10 years old. No high pressure sale, just good advice. After a week of buying parts and the tank not staying lit we called and requested Mitch W. I knew that we needed his kind of knowledge and expertise to install a new one. He kept us informed as to the progress as he worked. He was finished in no time. He showed me how to drain and maintain the tank to help it last longer and perform at it's best.Again, Mitch W. is very professional and a great asset to Mr. Rooter and we would definitely highly recommend him and Mr Rooter to everyone.

I had a leaking shower in my house and decided to give these guys a call. They exceeded my expectations and do excellent work. I had Plumbing One install my hot water heater and a new sink for a remodel at my house. Very professional and timely.

Hot water tank was leaking so I called Benjamin Franklin requesting someone to come out and fix it. They sent a guy out on Wednesday april 27th and his name was Kelly. You don't want Kelly. I was at work when he came and it was just my mother and grandma home, my mother told him about seeing some water spurting out from the back from a pipe. He paid no attention to her and said we needed a whole new hot water tank, and quoted $1300 for the tank and installation. When I got home I called Mr Rooter to come out and look at it and they found the leak and fixed it right there same day. This company is a joke and trying to take advantage of old people who dont know better.
