Best Sink Repair/Replacement in Columbus OH

He immediately accessed the problem (toilet backed up into tub) went to basement and opened the (elbow bend) part. Found plastic pop out piece from setting up toilet 2 yrs earlier, from another company. That was the best experience, cleaned bathroom, no nasty smell (still disinfected) and the price (drum roll) $106.00. I was impelled to give a tip!!

Had a really stubborn clog in our sink line. Our tech, Brandin, didn't give up. He kept at it until the sink was flowing like new. He was super friendly, knew what he was doing and gave us some tips to avoid future problems. Even cleaned up the sink for us!

The technician originally quoted us for a 5-hour job, but ended up finding the main issue within the first 30 minutes. As a result, he had the problem fixed within 1 hour and ended up saving us $800 from the original estimate!

We needed a plumber in the evening because our faucet all of a sudden would not turn off. when I called I did not get a answering service but someone who could immediately help me. Mitch W. came to my house within I hour, assessed the problem and fixed it. He was kind, answered all questions and did a great job. I highly recommend Mitch and Mr. Rooter.

My water heater was at the end of its life and I needed help QUICK. We were about 1.5 weeks without hot water, during some chilly days this winter and I went through my home warranty and got The Service People.
I was antsy to get my water heater fixed/replaced and worked with them to do it asap. I mostly worked with Matt and he did the best he could with the tools he was given by my warranty and thank goodness, he was able to fit me into his busy schedule and tried to minimize our wait time.
Matt helped explain things to me the best he could and came by to fix the heater temporary. Though the temporary fix didn't last, he worked to help me get the permanent solution fairly quickly.
He was able to install our new water heater and walked me through the steps of this new water heater if it were to malfunction and what I should look for. Very helpful, very efficient.
My warranty pretty much covered all my services, but their pricing seemed competitive. Except for a couple things, I was ae to afford the entire service and that was so helpful, to save thousands for service.

Main drain had a brick in access point of drain. Plumber left & got a large crow-bar and was able to pry it out! Man went the extra mile and got the job done! My husband and I were very happy that our con Crete basement floor didn't have to be broke up!!! He snaked both drains, to ensure the drains were both clear and cleaned. Reasonable price $160. Called Ben Franklin today about gas line requirements for a tankless water heater. From my research, I've learned that these take a lot of gas. Other contractors I talked to seemed to guess about the requirements, but the guy I spoke to at Ben Franklin explained the install process perfectly. Thankful there are companies out there who know how to do jobs correctly!

Both my wife and I called for a rather important plumbing issue. We were both told separately that we'd be called back to schedule it and it never happened. We ended up having to go with a different company. It is inexcusable to leave a customer hanging like that and I definitely would NOT recommend using this company for your plumbing needs...
