Plumbing & Drain Professionals provided quick service when our hot water heater went out. We called late in the evening and they had techs here early the next morning. The techs arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and quickly determined the problem and fixed it. It was so nice to get quick and reliable service. We will not hesitate to call them for future needs.

If you want to do what's best for your property and not just take the cheapest price you hear, then this is the company you want. They replaced and upgraded our water service line. They were thoughtful and deliberate about the repair, and took the time to explain what is best, why, and how it will be done.

We had our water service line break just 2 years after having it repaired. I interviewed (got estimates from) 5 companies for this job. These guys weren't the cheapest, but considering the improvements they gave us, I think they were the absolute best deal! These guys where the only ones who actually measured the depth of my water line and it was too shallow (above the frost line). That's probably the cause of our line breaking twice. I was worried about digging up the yard since we are planning to sell this year, so they used a directional bore and left the yard intact. They excavated the hole at the street with a hydrovac and back filled with fresh soil, perfect for seeding. They scoped the sewer line and found that the bore would be in danger of hitting it, so they moved the service line over to run parallel to the sewer line and to square off with the street connection. This had 2 advantages: using only a single roll of copper (our original line was over 100ft from the street connection), and it removed the risk of hitting the sewer line. They were quick, organized, communicative, and didn't leave a mess anywhere.

In the end we upgraded to a single copper line with no couplers in the ground, installed at the correct depth, squared off to the street, and our yard is in great shape, all at the same price some companies wanted to dig up our whole yard and put in a longer line at too shallow a depth. And they wore masks (covid); not everyone will do that. And it's a family owned company. I couldn't ask for anything more!

They do everything from leaky faucets to new construction. I highly recommend this company.

UPDATE - BEWARE!! The follow up after the water clean up and restoration process was nothing short of HORRIFIC! Billing for services not done, failing to return multiple calls from the State Farm claims adjuster and failure to return multiple calls from me. When checking on the bill that contained just a grand total ($4,300) with no line items, the Roto Rooter estimate writer suggested that I was being less than truthful when I told him I could clearly see my dried sewage laden hand prints on the washer and dryer that he claimed to be cleaned and sanitized. Really?! Finally I spoke to the new General Manager, Jim Brooks. After describing my terrible customer experience, Jim promised me that he would speak to his department manager and get back to me regarding my issues. Guess what? No call back from Jim. So I had to call Jim again. I left a message. Several days later Jim called and couldn't seem to recall our first discussion or the fact that he was going reach out to his manager and get back to me. : ( Jim went on to blame COVID for the horrible customer service and said that this was the 2nd company he had worked for during COVID and that the other company had issues, too. Jim's approach to customer service appears to be systemic within Roto Rooter of Columbus. Shortly after the sewage back up in my mother's house another family member had another plumbing back up problem. They chose NOT to use Roto Rooter based on our horrible experience. I would recommend that you call anyone BUT Roto Rooter.

On Christmas day of all days we had a sewer backup at my mother's home. Roto-Rooter was quite busy following the holiday, but fit us into their schedule. Chris, the technician, was very professional, careful in my mother's home, provided excellent service and made sure our problem was solved.

I had a hydro jetting of a bit over 100 feet of our cast iron to clay main line. We had extensive root intrusion and Will did a fantastic job. He used a cam to guide where he jetted and far exceeded my expectations. He gave honest feedback about the condition of the line and I feel I have a plumbing crew I can trust. Prices are reasonable and what you would expect to pay for this job. He cleaned up after the job. Very great work, we are very pleased.

The Service People have been great each time we used them. Matt (the owner) has always been very responsive and provided service quickly. The work was always quality, fixed our issues, and reasonably priced. I’ve recommended them to friends and neighbors and happy to recommend them here as well.

G-Tech Plumbing has been an amazing experience to work with. I had just purchased a home, and needed multiple things updated and replaced. I had called to set up an appointment, and my technician Grant was here within a few hours of me calling! He was very helpful in providing me with multiple options to choose from (cheaper and more expensive ones) and brands that he recommends. He takes pride in his work, and only installs quality parts that will last. By the next day he had completed all of the plumbing work that I l needed, and I am very happy with the work that was done. G-Tech Plumbing exceeded my expectations, and I will use them again in the future!

I would definitely recommend family and friends to use these services, worker was very polite, and more then helpful came almost immediately to access the situation and had it taken care off faster then I could make it to the bank and back!!! The guys at Sterling's Plumbing are the best to be had. Sometimes they don't show up exactly when they say they will, but scheduling is difficult because they don't know how much trouble they will run into, but overall, they arrive when they say they will and their work, which is the important part is always A+

My water heater stopped working, the plumber knew exactly what was wrong, ordered the part and came over quickly to install the new part on my water heater. The price was affordable, the service exceptional and the plumber was nice. I am thankful.

I’ve used these guys in the past and they were great. This time however I’ve talked to a “dispatcher” twice and I’m being told to expect a call back from the owner and never received a call. You should not have to speak to the owner to get an appt scheduled.

John #1482 was excellent!!! Prompt, professional, and explained every. Will request him in the future.

I just want to say John Greene is a perv. I can't believe the things he says.
